Obchodní strategie restauračního zařízení

The bachelor thesis is focused on business strategy of restaurant. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the terminology of strate-gic management and strategic analysis. In the analytical part there is an analysis of external and internal business environment, which identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The external environment is characterized by using Porter´s model of five forces, PEST analysis and analysis of customers, sup-pliers and competitors. The internal environment is examined by 7P model and financial analysis. Based on these results, it is designed strategy, which leads to an improvement of the current economic situation. Specific strategies include: increasing revenue, enhancing accessibility, cost reduction of goods, streamlining and accelerating processes, improving the planning process. In the conclusion there are specified implementation advices of this strategy.
