Possibilities of utilization of boiler slag

This bachelor thesis studies the boiler slag (slag) and its potential use in refractory materials industry. It concentrates its on chemical and mineral composition. Mullite parts and Fe2O3 probably lowers the melting point and heat resistance. During the work is proposed and experimentally validated a method for reducing the content of iron in the slag shares.Is observed the effect of the reduced number of iron units for the heat resistance of the material. The results are further processed and assessment. Thermal resistance was monitored using incandescent microscopy.

This master’s thesis deals with the general characteristics of drying processes, types of moisture and bonds in the material. The following describes the drying process and selected drying equipment. It also includes a chapter on proteins, their changes in the air with increasing temperature. This thesis also describes denaturation of proteins as well as activity of water and it‘s dependence on microbial reactions in food. The practical part is focused on experimental measurement of the drying curves of crushed larvae, their construction and subsequent evaluation. The last part is devoted to measuring the activity of water samples of crushed larvae of different moisture.

Development, possibilities and skills of a teacher working with immigrant children in primary school

Theoretical part follow up possibilities of a teacher in self-education of students with Czech as a second language problematic as well as preparation for entry to class for students with Czech as a second language and their teachers as their mission should be to create welcoming climate in the class. I also describe the key terms in field of students with Czech as a second language in Czech Republic and Finland as well. In the practical part I prepare questionnaires for teachers with the goal to identify the level of awareness on this issue, which I deepen via subsequent interviews with selected teachers. Based on personal experience from an internship in Finland than the findings from interviews and study of available literature to prepare a workshop for teachers. I would also like to prepare a variety of examples of good practice and inspiration for teachers. Active and pasive employment policy

One of the basic targets of economic and social policy is reaching the full employment, it means reaching balance between manpower supply and demand, productive manpower use and citizen´s right of work securing. Loading business of labour policy, in relation to unemployed, is to finance and create projects aid to risky categories, to groups and the most disaster areas. Labour policy can support the labour market trends only, but can´t modify it by the distinct way. Ministry of labour and social matters and regional authorities of labour (Bureaus of Labor) secure the labour policy. Generally State labour policie´s Resources dispartable on passive and active labour policy. Resources of passive labour policy first of all represent the job applicant allowance.
