Proposal of Marketing Plan

The theme of my Bachelor Thesis called “Proposal of New Marketing Plan” is the analysis of current condition of marketing plan in wedding studio Mia Design and proposal of changes at its enhancement. The first chapter deals with company analysis. There are methods which are used for Marketing Investigation. Second chapter aims at describing the company and individual features of marketing mix. It also evaluates the insufficiency in the current marketing mix. Last chapter is concentrates on the proposal of changes at current marketing mix enhancement and also to contributions and costs of the proposed solution.

The Master Thesis deals with a business plan for photographic studio foundation in Trutnov. Simultaneously, the business plan analyzes a status of other photographic studios. Based on the research and analyses are chosen the suitable strategy and tools for the business plan composition which determines the chances and terms for execution of the project.
