The analysis of receivables management at PRIMA, joint-stock company

The topic of the diploma thesis is the analysis of receivables management at the building company PRIMA, joint-stock company in the period from 2010 to 2014. The theoretical part characterizes the receivables from the legal, accounting and tax points of view. Then it is engaged in their life cycle and the problematic connected with the management, provision and receivables recovery per curiam or in an out-of-court way. In the practical part there is the analysis of the current plutonomic situation. It is followed by the introduction of the company and the evaluation of their current financial situation via the done financial analysis. The following part deals with the analysis of the receivables management which involves the structure, term of expiration and the ways of receivables recovery at the analysed company. The main data sources include the financial evidences, annual reports, special publications, articles, internal materials and the consultations with the management of the company. The output of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the current status of the receivables management, eventual finding the deficiencies and the proposal of the concrete recommendations for their elimination for the purpose of the current adjusted system tuning.

Bavaria, one of the wealthiest states in Germany, represents a globally active market, where not only many international companies operate but there is also a strong base of small and medium-sized enterprises in the area of trade, industry and service sector. The local government supports the further economic growth of the state through the implementation of investment policy which annually attracts many investors here. The aim of this work is to evaluate the potential and attractiveness of Bavaria from the perspective of investors as well as to analyse investment flows flowing into the state in comparison with the entire Federal Republic of Germany.
Balance of payments of Poland in 1999-2015

This bachelor thesis focuses on development of balance of payments of Poland in the period of 1999-2015. In the first chapter, the thesis introduces theoretical principles concerning the balance of payments, it also provides the look at its structure, accounts and indicators which are used for the analysis of the shape of the external economic balance. Second chapter is dedicated to the analysis of Poland`s balance of payments itself. In the analysis, the most important transactions and visible trends are pointed out using numerous graphical attachments. In the third chapter, based on analyzed data and chosen indicators, the evaluation of the shape of the external economic balance of Poland is provided. The conclusion contains a brief summary of the examined development and the final opinion regarding the long-term sustainability.
Basel III

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the impact of the new regulatory framework Basel III on liquidity and capital structure in the Czech and European banking sectors. In the first theoretical part the reasons for and forms of banking regulation are described and the new Basel III concept is introduced in detail including its historical development. In the second practical part selected capital and liquidity indicators and impact studies published by the European Banking Authority and the Czech National Bank are analysed. The results of the analysis indicate that both banking sectors are well capitalised with adequate levels of liquidity and the new regulation shouldn't have a significant impact on them.
K čemu vlastně bude bankovní unie a vzikne vůbec?

Desátý červencový den zasadilo Německo ránu připravovanému projektu evropské bankovní unie. Jeho vláda odmítla konečný návrh druhého pilíře předloženého Evropskou komisí. Ten zakládá společný fond pro eurozónu, do kterého budou přispívat evropské banky (1 % z pojištěných vkladů), a počítá s právem Komise přijmout konečné rozhodnutí o tom, která banka v nesnázích bude ze společného fondu restrukturalizována, popř. která se nechá zbankrotovat.
