Caffeine and its effects on the human body.

The bachelor thesis deals with caffeine and its effect on the human organism. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part begins with an introduction to caffeine, including its classification within the methylxanthine group, its chemical properties, and its origin and history. It then describes the natural sources of caffeine, pathways of its synthesis, and the process of caffeine metabolism. The most extensive chapter discusses the effects of caffeine on the human body, its individual parts and the development of certain diseases. Important sections of the theoretical part also cover caffeine in human nutrition and its impact on different population groups. The theoretical part concludes with a focus on caffeine toxicology. The practical part of the thesis involved research conducted through an online questionnaire survey involving 403 respondents. The questionnaire consisted of 18 questions examining not only the knowledge of caffeine products, their consumption, and associated habits, but also the public's awareness of the effects of caffeine on the human body. Reconstruction of historical landscape features within manorial estates

The methodology serves as a guideline for restoration of historical landscape features. The reason for using the methodology is a comparison of selected indicators of the condition of environment within the historical structure of manorial estates against the current state of landscape structure. The selection of relevant parameters focuses on the development of spatial and temporal development of landscape features that are in current terminology referred to as compositional parts of green infrastructure of an area. The importance of historical landscape elements in the structure of landscape lies in the support of ecosystem services that sustain the production capacity of landscape while enhancing environmental benefits.

Information and library services for students of art schools with a focus on dramatic and musical art in the Czech Republic

Diploma thesis " Information and library services for students of art schools with a focus on dramatic and musical art in the Czech Republic " aims to analyze the environment of libraries with a fund focused on music and theater, which serves students of art schools. This thesis also describes library and information services and the impact of copyright law to provide services in libraries with a fund containing score, audio and audiovisual media. The last section describes methodology of qualitative research and evaluates research by force field analyzing method and also analyzed findings and recommendations to address the identified facts.

Trends in working conditions

3 The bachelor thesis Trends in working conditions is focused on current tendencies in the area of working conditions, especially on the trend of democratization in organizations. The thesis analyzes this phenomenon, because it has not been described in association with working conditions enough. The main goal is to ascertain the reasons of growth of this phenomenon, its essence and the way it is realized. The reasons and the context of the formation and the growth are desribed according to surveys in a field of working satisfaction and can be also found in theories of working motivation. The essence is explained according to the authorities in this field. The emphasis is on the relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Every aspect of working conditions is described in detail, especially focused on the trends of democratization. The analysis is based on the examples of realization in real organizations. These examples can be found in whole thesis, related to the currently discussed topics. In general, the thesis strives for widening of existing knowledge with complex analysis of relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Key competencies of employees of democratic organizations and their development

3 Abstract Diploma thesis "Key competencies of employees of democratic organizations and their development" is focused on the so-called free organizations and their requirments for potential employees. It follows the characteristics of this concept and its context from the perspective of managing organizations. In the research the required soft skills of these organizations have been compared with the requirments of other organizations, using the analysis of their recruitment ads. It also identifies those soft skills, which are required significantly more by free organizations. Following this, the thesis also deals with the development of competencies, for example in preparation for potencial employment in a free organization.
