Research of member's satisfaction with quality of services in dance school B-Original Prague

Title: Research of member's satisfaction with quality of services in dance school B-Original Prague. Objectives: The main objective is to determine member's satisfaction with offered sport services. Results were used to make proposal for improve offered services. Methods: Methods, which were used in this thesis, are based on theoretical knowledge, matching with the topic. During the satisfaction research was used quality research group interviews. Results were interpreted by summary protocol. Based on this results was made level of member's satisfaction how organization functions. To gain basic information about running dance school B-Original was made half - structured interview with the owner. Results: Based on marketing research we can state, that dance school B-Original has thanks to high quality services big amount of satisfied members. Proposals for improvement were shown to managers of dance school and they should make situation in dance school even better. Department ethics, psychology and charity work. Supervisor RSDr. Jan Mišovič, PhD. The thesis deals with ethical aspects of debt and over-indebtedness and its impact on society. It describes debt as a problem originating from the mindset of contemporary consumer society, reflects the risks of individual financial products available on the market, offered by banks and non-banking institutions in particular. It outlines the historical development of the consumer society and usury as a social problem. It describes the causes of indebtedness, risks associated with it (usury, execution) and current state of Czech society. It also includes a view of the social workers, who work with clients caught in a debt trap as a part of the professional social counseling on such issues.

Social and charity activities of catholic church on south of Bohemia in years 1918-1950

Work handle with cataloguing of catholic institution authorized by Papacy and working in social-charity work in area of Českobudějovická diocese in years 1918 and 1950. The first part include information of single friary and congregation which in this time period have an effect in area of Českobudějovická diocese. Specification of their coming to the Bohemia, their primary point of interest, their evaluation, their function in times of the First Czechoslovak Republic, within time of German occupation and communist totality. Including list of organization which belong to this congregation. The second part descript individual institution, their functioning, financing, work of congregation nuns and influence of individual time periods to their inclusive working. There is added summary sheet of each institutions which belong to friary, where it below and with time period of works. The third part is summarization of primary ideas of this work summarization of institution, comparison with each other friaries and evaluation of my presumption.
