The meaning of the case law for the application of necessity and necessary defence

The meaning of the case law for the application of necessity and necessary defence The thesis itself is focused on the points at issue of the meaning of the case law for the application of necessity and necessary defence mainly in the field of Czech criminal law, although some partial issues are also compared to the foreign legislation. In compliance with the title of the work author's attention is dedicated in the first place to the conditions and limits of both those institutes and their reflection in the judicature (considering the development of those tasks, that are currently believed to be disputable), futhther, the law theory is described. The thesis is composed of eight chapters, from which the first forms as an introduction, where the goals and approaches are indicated. The last, eight section summarizes the outcomes and conclusions of the thesis and also serves as a recommendation of some useful legislative changes that can be done in the future. The Second Chapter talks about the role of the case law and its meaning in the field of criminal law, characterizing the impact of judicature for the legal practice in the first place. Contentious issues of self-defence in Czech case law

Disputed Issues of Necessary Defence in the Case Law The thesis itself is focused on the points at issue of necessary defence mainly in the field of Czech criminal law although some partial issues are also compared to the foreign legislation. In compliance with the title of the work author's attention is dedicated in the first place to case law in the areas that have not been decided by courts yet, further, the law theory is described. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, from which the first forms as an introduction, where the goals and approaches are indicated. The last, seventh section summarizes the outcomes and conclusions of the thesis and also serves as a recommendation of some useful legislative changes that can be done in the future. The Second Chapter describes the institute of necessary defense itself and its position in the system of criminal law and defines the basic terminology. The circumstances excluding criminal liability (excuse defenses) are also depicted there and distinguished from circumstances excluding lawlessness (justification defenses). The last section of this part is dedicated to the current wording of the institute of necessary defence in the valid Czech Criminal Code. Comparative analysis of textbook sets for teaching German as a foreign language from the point of view realia

This diploma thesis deals with a comparative analysis of selected textbook sets that represent the newest editions by four different publishers. The theoretical part explains the development of approaches to applied geography themes and their presentation together with the terminology that is associated with the field of presentation and applied geography teaching. The practical part describes selected textbooks and includes their analysis. As a result of this analysis a comparison of the textbooks according to the given criteria and recommendations for choosing a particular textbook set are given. Speculation on Commodity Markets

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to describe the main principles of trading in commodities focused on speculative trading. Attention is especially paid to commodity spreads. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains basic information about trading in commodities. The second part is concerned with a detailed characteristic of commodity spreads. The final and the most important part deals with building of my own trading spread strategy. In the closing part functionality and accomplishments of my trading system are proved apart from other facts. Everything is accompanied by my own obtained trading results.
