Modernization of Tenryu Pick and Place Machine
Drška, Jan ; Szabó, Zoltán (referee) ; Mikulka, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of the machine and to propose a possible solution for the modernization of the machine and to implement selected parts. The thesis includes documentation of the original state of the Tenryu MT-5530LQ automatic machine and its documentation after modernization. In the introductory part, the theory of the automatic machine is described, this chapter is followed by a description of the function and design of the aforementioned machine. The third chapter describes and identifies the machine components that need to be replaced or repaired. The fourth chapter of this thesis contains a complete proposal for the modernization of the machine, including the possible results of the modernization. These previous chapters are followed by chapters 5, 6 and 7 where new cards for the proposed control system are described and the thesis concludes with a summary of the impact of the upgrade on the machine including options for continuing to upgrade the machine.
Problems of critical wall narrowing in high pressure hydroforming
Drška, Jan ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with narrowing metal sheet wall by high-pressure-fluid forming technology on a practical example. This thesis is working on an issue from practice while using a non-standard problem solving method. Theoretical part outlines classical methods of hydroforming and the theories of sheet metal forming. Practical part consists of proposed solution and an elaborated simulation. Subsequently is described the ideal machine for hydroforming and technological procedure. Last part is devoted to technical and economical evaluation.
Firesport stopwatch
Drška, Jan ; Drexler, Petr (referee) ; Dušek, Jan (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor thesis is to design, construct and test a timer for fire sport including a large display and automatic targets. The thesis includes a market research around commercially available timing devices, their comparison with each other according to available parameters, and finally a system is designed and constructed that combines the capabilities of already manufactured sets with new features and possibilities for large-scale extension beyond the boundaries of fire sport.
Production concept of lampshade
Drška, Jan ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
In this thesis is worked out for the optimization of the lamp shade is developed. The aim of the optimization is to use more affordable parts in the assembly and to use technology for largescale production. A literature study is carried out for the chosen technology. The technological calculations of the drag coefficient, the dimensions of the extractions, the dimensions of the pullers, the calculation of the pulling and holding force, the design of the construction of the tools, the design of a suitable machine and the simulation in the PAM-STAMP program were carried out. Based on the outputs from the program to the Keller-Goodwin diagram, the part is manufacturable. In conclusion, it is determined that for the selected deep drawing technology, a graded extract will be drawn for five operations, and the sixth final operation is a calibration one. The machine chosen is a hydraulic press from the company HŠV Polička because the company is able to supply additional accessories in the form of ejectors and adjust the opening height of the machine. The tool is divided into two parts due to the large number of operations.
Automated firesport stopwatch.
Drška, Jan
The main object of this article is the design and implementation of an automatic timing system for fire sports, which includes time measurement, automatic target discharging and a large-format display to show the results. The system is based on Arduino and uses modules of this platform. Due to the distances involved, the use of wireless communication is also described. The possibility of extending the system with additional features and functions is also discussed.
