The effect of team coaching on safe psychological climate inside work teams

The diploma thesis examines the effect of team coaching on the team climate. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the specifics of teamwork, the concept of team climate and team coaching as a method of team development as well. At the end of theoretical part, we present actual research of team coaching. We used repeated ANOVA for the purposes of the research part of this thesis. The results didn't prove any effect of team coaching on the level of the team climate. Proven size effect shows the low values even in case of larger sample size.
