Monitoring of ungulates during individual hunts and efficiency of this practise in hunting areas Blatno and Jesenice

The aim of bachelor thesis was to evaluate the activity of ungulates, especially roe deer, wild boar and sika deer, depending on abiotic effects that influence these species every day. The observation was conducted in hunting grounds Blatno and Jesenice Kosobody in the time range of 4 years. During this monitoring period 359 of blind hunts were permformed, with the hunting succes in total of 57 individuals in both of the hunting grounds. The results suggest that neither temperature nor the cloudiness affected the game activity. The game activity is influenced mainly by its behaviour, which is among others related to the human presence.

Financial costs of novice hunter on the game management

The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to analyse issues related to the process of becoming a hunter. The purpose was to describe and chart individual requirements for obtaining a hunting education, and also, state the costs for acquiring needful hunting equipment. Based on the results of the work, it can be said, that hunting is an expensive hobby. The work also focuses on operation and management of the hunting association of MS Úsvit Postupice z.s. Performance of this hunting association is in positive figures, as seen from the results.

Analysis of rent for state hunting grounds in the Czech republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of rent hunting grounds in property by the Forests of the Czech Republic. The literature search is the theoretical basis for the practical part. At first the literature search deals with history of hunting in the Czech Republic to the present. It chronologically defines legislation, describes wildlife conservation and hunting in our area. Also describes game species that can be hunted or not and the control after being hunted. Can not forget an essential part of thesis, which defines the deer park, hunting grounds, their establishment and legal delimination. The author also deals with the issue of hunting management. This is essential for sustainable conditions of animal in the wild. The next chapter is about administrative conditions of hunting. which must be met for the possibility to hunting. Another chapter is devoted to the government of hunting, which is important for management of hunting and its control. Then the work deals with specific rules of the tender for lease of hunting grounds from Forests of the Czech Republic. Here are discussed some conditions of successful login into the tender, the process itself and the evaluation of offers. At the end of a literature search there are compared some foreign countries with Czech republic and their eventual differences in hunting.
It was also necessary to collect and compile some data from the website of the Forests of the Czech Republic, especifically name, number, acreage and the type of hunting ground, amount of the bail, the winner of the tender and price for renting a hunting ground without VAT. This data was statistically evaluated according to forest administrations and regions and then described.
