Participativní leadership ve vybraném sektoru

The bachelor thesis deals with participative leadership and its implementation in the selected sector. The first part of thesis consists of the literature and focus mainly on the definition of participative leadership, its practices, meanings, but also risks. Based on the established theory, an analytical part of the thesis is created, with is indicated by a description of the selected secondary sector, which deals with manufacturing and industry. Subsequently, a sample of data obtained through a questionnaire survey is described and analyzed. Based on the obtained data, recommendations are made that contribute to the improvement of the implementation of participative leadership procedures in companies in the selected sector.

This thesis deals with the design of a foam sitting element. In order to create a successful design, it was necessary to study the theory and then proceed to the design process proper. The first part of the thesis analyses the history and typology of upholstered seating furniture, ergonomics, anthropometry and proper dimensions. A considerable part is dedicated to polyurethane foams and their processing. The second part of this thesis describes the product designing process, from research and first ideas through sketches, models creation, design modifications to prototyping at 1:1 scale.
Quality Management in the Selected Company

This diploma thesis "Quality Management in the Selected Company" is focused on the quality management system in an international company, which is located in České Budějovice. The aim of this thesis is to suggest changes and recommendations for achieving higher level in current applied quality management system. Based on results from analysis of the chosen QMS areas, the respective suggestions were proposed. Based on the information from theoretical review, internal document analysis, interviews with the high management representatives and data analysis, various changes were suggested. All with one goal: establishing, keeping and continuously improving the quality management system which helps to ensure a prosperous and effectively working organisation with a stable position in the market where the organisation is present.
Marketing communication of Fairtrade brand

The bachelor thesis deals with marketing communication of Fairtrade brand for the shop Bylinné a klášterní produkty. The theoretical part is focused on describing terms such as marketing communication, marketing communications mix and its tools, brand and Fairtrade brand. The practical part is based on analysing marketing communication of the Fairtrade brand for the shop Bylinné a klášterní produkty. The marketing research is based on a qualitative research in the form of structured interview and a quantitative survey performed by the questionnaire, which is used to determine public opinion and also presents questions that appear in the structured interviews with the representative of the company. The conclusion contains the suggestion of ways how to improve marketing communication of the Fairtrade brand in the shop Bylinné a klášterní produkty.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the historical and the contemporary statuses of living spaces and flats for men by the means of literary research. The thesis further focuses on a survey detecting the requirements of men and women concerning their housing. The survey results are then compared and in the next part of the thesis, a design of a living space for men based on the survey answers is created. The aim of the whole thesis is to design a space which would satisfy the biggest possible group of men.
