Social farming - possibilities of certification, labelling and control of production

In the literature review, the bachelor thesis first deals with agriculture in the Czech Republic, the history and main functions of agriculture. The most important part is to get acquainted with the concept of social farming, its development and function not only in the Czech Republic but also in other European countries. The next part of the text describes the farm processing of agricultural products and, last but not least, a description of certification, labelling and control of products, both in social farming and in organic farming. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the perception of certification, labeling and control of social farming products based on a questionnaire survey and interviews with selected target groups.

Human rights, European Union and Constitutional Discourse Abstract This thesis deals with human rights within the case law of the ECJ. Purpose of this thesis is to denominate and analyze situations of application of human rights in ECJ's case law, especially from the point of view of critique of rights. For such purpose the thesis is divided into six main sections. First section delimits the foundation of (i) liberal theory of human rights, which gives foundations to the contemporary mainstream human rights discourse and (ii) basic notions of ciritique of rights. The first chapter thus create conditions for understanding of arguments developed in the following sections of this thesis. The second sections briefly describes evolution of case law of the ECJ in the field of human rights protection, particularly landmark decisions of the ECJ, in which it afforded protection to human rights as general principles of the Community law. The third section follows the second section and tries to analyze the human rights case law of the ECJ from the point of view of their recognition as general principles of the Community law. Family Muscidae on large cadavers with the beginning of decomposition in the winter and its use in forensic practice

Forensic entomology is a one of the special fields of criminology. That uses knowledge of biology, ecology and especially insects and other invertebrates, which occur on cadavers or in its vicinity. These and other arthropods are used as circumstantial evidences during the investigation and also verify other evidence in civil and criminal law. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of Diptera of forensic practice with focusing on family Muscidae by form of a scientific work. The first part of the thesis is focuses on history and current use of forensic entomology, advances in characterization of thematic cases in which the family Muscidae was used as well as describes main species of the family. The second part describes the field experiment in which the presence of the family Muscidae on model organism (pig carrion) was studied and its use in forensic practice.
