Forenzní entomologie je jedním ze speciálních oborů kriminalistiky. Využívá znalostí z oblasti biologie, ekologie a především hmyzu a dalších bezobratlých, kteří se vyskytují na mrtvém těle či v jeho okolí. Tito a ostatní členovci slouží jako nepřímé důkazy v průběhu vyšetřování a zároveň ověřují i ostatní důkazy v oblastech občanského a trestního práva. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím dvoukřídlého hmyzu ve forenzní praxi se zaměřením na čeleď Muscidae formou vědecké práce. Úvodní část práce pojednává o historii a současném využití forenzní entomologie. Následuje popis vybraných případů s využitím čeledi Muscidae a uvádí přehled vybraných druhů této čeledě. Experimentální část je zaměřena na terénní pokus, při kterém bylo sledováno zastoupení čeledi Musciade v průběhu rozkladu modelového organismu (kadáver prasete domácího) a možnost jejího využití v kriminalistické praxi. Forensic entomology is a one of the special fields of criminology. That uses knowledge of biology, ecology and especially insects and other invertebrates, which occur on cadavers or in its vicinity. These and other arthropods are used as circumstantial evidences during the investigation and also verify other evidence in civil and criminal law. This bachelor thesis deals with the use of Diptera of forensic practice with focusing on family Muscidae by form of a scientific work. The first part of the thesis is focuses on history and current use of forensic entomology, advances in characterization of thematic cases in which the family Muscidae was used as well as describes main species of the family. The second part describes the field experiment in which the presence of the family Muscidae on model organism (pig carrion) was studied and its use in forensic practice.
