Suggestion of tumbling machine's construction

The thesis is in the first part focuses on the description of the technology and tumbling overview of the applications in which it is possible to use this technology. This topic is the description tumbling wet using ceramic beads. In the third part of this work is performed a brief overview of the types of tumbling machines. The following is a list of their own design variant tumbling machine with a choice of optimal design variants. Then follows the design of the tumbling machines, followed by an overview of the calculations. In the last part of this work are the technical parameters of the designed tools, including a description of its operation and maintenance.

Electronic skylight

Theoretical part of this thesis describes LEDs and other circuitry used for LED light design. LED light is designed, manufactured and put into operation. This thesis examines possibilities of measuring exterior light and its key parameters. The device uses two sets of LEDs – warm white and cold white to create light with parameters dependent on exterior light. LEDs are driven by constant current sources that are designed, manufactured and examined in this thesis. The device is microprocessor-controlled, which allows to switch between multiple modes of operation. Flyback SMPS is used to power the microcontroller.

The first part of thesis focuses on an overview of small heat energy sources. Second part is an overview of available fuels and their related emissions. The third part is the creation of the basic algorithm to select the heat source. The last part is application of the proposed model to the virtual house Cesmína.

Gaussian Processes Based Hyper-Optimization of Neural Networks

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření nástroje pro optimalizaci hyper-parametrů umělých neuronových sítí. Tento nástroj musí být schopen optimalizovat více hyper-parametrů, které mohou být navíc i korelovány. Tento problém jsem vyřešil implmentací optimalizátoru, který využívá Gaussovské procesy k predikci vlivu jednotlivých hyperparametrů na výslednou přesnost neuronové sítě. Z provedených experimentů na několika benchmark funkcích jsem zjistil, že implementovaný nástroj je schopen dosáhnout lepších výsledků než optimalizátory založené na náhodném prohledávání a snížit tak v průměru počet potřebných kroků optimalizace. Optimalizace založená na náhodném prohledávání dosáhla lepších výsledků pouze v prvních krocích optimalizace, než si optimalizátor založený na Gaussovských procesech vytvoří dostatečně přesný model problému. Nicméně téměř všechny experimenty provedené na datasetu MNIST prokázaly lepší výsledky optimalizátoru založeného na náhodném prohledávání. Tyto rozdíly v provedených experimentech jsou pravděpodobně dány složitostí zvolených benchmark funkcí nebo zvolenými parametry implementovaného optimalizátoru.

JUnit Status View for Tested Eclipse Instance

The aim of this paper is to design and implement tools which allow to display testing progress of an Eclipse integrated development environment instance. This resolves problem of viewing currently running graphical user interface test run results. This thesis also contains description of Eclipse IDE ( Integrated Development Environment ) and JUnit framework architecture, that is used to achieve this goal. Implemented applications allow to take a closer look at currently running tests, in a similar way to JUnit view. To achieve visibility, the information window is displayed always on top and doesn't require the focus. That is useful to locate an error both when creating a new test or analysing already implemented one.
