The order processing by firm with usage of project management
Cagášek, Tomáš ; Chrobák, Petr (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
GÁŠEK Tomáš: The order processing by firm with usage of project management The project laboured within the field of study with the name "Production tech-nology and industrial management" describes some versions of the potential job order's progress in the manufactory at the firm "Speciální strojírna, a.s.". A customer asks for the batch production of the casts, that he will be order step by step for working in regular intervals. The part of the customer's plan is the optimalization of the production and the press of the price, that should be lower after the finishing of the production technology. Along with the correction of the price, a customer expects cutting of the delivery time with the fully quali-ty of the working. In the first version, without a wide preparation, is all working realized on the general-purpose machines. The second version focuses on the production with use of drilling jigs, that is constructed and produced by the firm itself. The input costs of this preparation at the production will be compensated with the major production times, that will be destage from the expensive borer to the cheaper drilling-machine. The last third version supposes setting of the CNC machining centres and therethrough it will be reach to huge saving of the major and minor production times by the working.
Direct connection of permanent magnet synchronous generator to grid
Chrobák, Petr ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This thesis deals with possibility of direct grid connection of permanent magnet synchronous generator. Main benefits of PMSG are briefly compared with classical synchronous generators. There are mentioned all synchronization conditions and their modification in the case of directly grid connected PM generators. One part of this thesis is focused on the damper winding and transient currents shapes during transient state. There is also solved the effect of damper winding on currents shapes. To simulate the case of direct PMSG grid connection there is composed alternative mathematical model of PMSG. Final part of thesis is focused on the simulation of PMSG and there is also made the simulation of PMSG direct grid connection.
Modeling of torque-speed characteristics of induction motor
Michalík, Marek ; Chrobák, Petr (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This master thesis deals in first part with basic theory of an induction motor and principle of function. It also includes theory about higher harmonics of magnetic field and how asynchronous and synchronous torques are created. Various ways how to decrease effect of these torques are suggested. These findings are later applied in practical analytical calculation in second part, in which all parameters of motor are calculated from given dimensions of motor from technical documentation. This is done for basic and higher harmonics. After that a model of this motor was created in RMxprt program, which also calculated all parameters of this motor and created torque characteristic. This motor was also modelled in ANSYS Maxwell 2D. Additional simulations for finding out influence of harmonics on torque characteristic were also done in this software. Torque characteristic of motor was also practically measured in laboratory. All results were compared and evaluated.
Dynamic model and deexcitation of brushless synchronous generator
Chrobák, Petr ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This master thesis is focused on the synchronous generator mathematical model analysis. Based on the analysis are compiled mathematical models of main generator and exciter cooperating in brushless synchronous generator excitation system. Mathematical models of both machines are based on system of differential equations and their validity is verified in Matlab-Simulink. The master thesis is devided into three main parts. First part is focused on the derivation of differential equations to describe the behavior of electrical quantities of machines. In the second part are compiled and simulated mathematical models of both synchronous machines in Matlab-Simulink. The correctness of models are verified by approximate analytical calculations of selected steady and dynamic states. The last part is focused on design and simulation of concept for main generator rapid field winding deexcitation in brushless synchronous genereator excitation system.
