Sexuality of People with Mental Disability from the Perspective of Ethics and Human Rights

The work focuses people with mental disabilities; its issue is the ethical reflexion of social conditions leading to the realisation of that people's rights in the sphere of sexuality. The work's target is to map the current situation, to point at ethical dilemmas and to search possibilities how to approach the existing problems with respect and reverence to the human dignity and equality from the socialJwork point of view. The work is divided into three parts. The first one attends to the mental retardation, its definition and classification. It defines the affection in light of 4 psychology and specific exposures in sexuality. The following part concerns with morality, its philosophy, especially the Christian work's ethics and the morality principles of socialJwork. It presents human rights as the basic criterion of the operation in socialJwork. The third part follows the existing methods of socialJwork in the sphere of the sexuality of people with mental disabilities. It determinates its legislative frame and the criterions of the quality of socialJwork; it points at the ethical dilemmas of the current approach. Problematic of Euthanasia: Law-ethical Questions

Endeavour of this work is to find responses and provoke reader to think about this so discussed topic nowadays. Presenting text advert to different aspects which are necessary look at. For example, human dignity, human autonomy, historical contexts involved in this topic, or legislative adjustment as well and the others. This text is about problematic of euthanasia in particular context European countries with the view of legislative and ethic, also religious, and opening question whether trade=marked the right for the existence is going hand in hand with the right for human dignity. The text makes efforts to locate the problematic in a set of contexts. One of them is for example medical care, especially palliative car, which is linked maximally with dying and death.
