Manufacturing possibilities of slider
Chládek, Martin ; Havliš, Stanislav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Project drawn up as a part of bachelor studies of mechanical engineering branch brings suggestion of technologies that are usable for manufacturing of slider, which is a part of turn restrictor mechanism produced by the company TOKOZ, and presents assessment of its suitability. Considered technologies are casting, metal injection molding (MIM), combinations of non-conventional methods of material separation and bending, conventional cutting and bending, cutting and roll forming and precision cutting and bending. Upon a comparison of attributes of these technologies especially in term of precision requests, one piece manufacturing expenses and manufacturing time demands was chosen as the most suitable option with regard to productivity combination of conventional cutting and bending and with regard to manufacturing precision combination of precision cutting and bending.
Manufacturing of slider
Chládek, Martin ; Havliš, Stanislav (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
Slider is a part of turn restrictor mechanism designed by company TOKOZ a.s. It is a part with complicated form and small dimensions from material DC04 (equivalent according to Czech standard ČSN 11 305.21). As the most suitable option for part manufacturing was chosen cutting and bending in progressive die. A design of forming layout with 11 stations was made and considering the outcomes of related calculations preliminarily selected presses LEXN 100 and Kaiser KSTU 1600. Subsequently was designed one row progressive die. Based on this designs were made few variants of part price calculations according to TOKOZ company customs. According to price calculation outcomes was as the most suitable selected press Kaiser KSTU 1600.
Genealogy Database System
Chládek, Martin ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis originated as an extension to project DEMoS, which aims to create a system for managing digitalized records of old parish books. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to develop an application for managing family trees for its users. The application automatically compares related family trees to find any inconsistencies or conflicts. The system attempts to connect persons in family trees to their corresponding counterparts from the database of registry records. The completed application deals with some amount of uncertainty between persons and takes the various quality of original records into account. The developed solution provides its users the ability to discover inaccuracies in their family trees and learn more about their lineage thanks to the data from registry records. The system is implemented as a web application using mainly the following technologies: ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, MySQL, HTML, SCSS.
Programming Abstraction of Geovisto Library
Chládek, Martin ; Rusňák, Vít (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to create an extension of the Geovisto library, which aims to make the visualization and presentation of geographic data in modern web applications easier. This work analyzes possible integrations with popular web UI frameworks and design extensions that help integrate the tool within client projects. The goal is to develop an abstraction for the core and other modules of the Geovisto library, which enables declarative configuration of visualized map layers by users of the abstraction code. The implemented extension consists of a set of predefined configurable React components. Using the components makes it possible to initialize the map view and dynamically change the rendered content. The solution is exported as a separate library and was created using mainly the technologies React and TypeScript.
