New exotarium at ZOO Brno

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction permits and part of the documentation for the implementation of the construction on the basis of the assignment, which was provided in the course BGA036 - Architectural Design Studio 5 in the summer semester Year 3 on the topic of interior design, which was later extended to public buildings. The topic of the study is the design of a new exotarium at the Brno Zoo. The plot of land in question is located on the territory of the Brno Zoo in the South Moravian Region. The concept of the architectural design was to create modern and hygienic spaces for a dignified life of animals in captivity and at the same time to allow visitors to have a glimpse into animal life and behaviour. It is a two-storey, partly basemented building with an open interior space that is divided into two main sections - aquatic life and air life. The basic idea of the project is to provide enough space for animal life in the pavilion, and therefore a large dome-shaped aviary is created for the birds, extending over the entire roof of the building. For fish, large aquariums are created. There is also a lecture room, staff facilities and thermal engineering facilities in the building. All functions of the building have their necessary facilities.

Steering gear of inheritance in Czech Republic

The theme of dissertation is "Inheritance and steering gear of inheritance in Czech Republic" because I widen the original theme of procedural law to material law - inheritance, according to New Civil Code (NOZ) which brought to Czech legal order many changes, also in the area of inheritance in Czech legislation. The thesis also analyses the changes which brought Zákon o zvláštních řízeních soudních. Dissertation then compares the new and the old legislation, highlights its pluses and minuses and also resolves if the new legislation is better the the old legislation and where are these changes obvious. This thesis should be general knowledge of changes in area of inheritance and steering gear according to NOZ, not at all detailed processing of institutes of inheritance law. Practical part of the thesis analyses judicature and three concrete testaments.

Arbitration and mediation in Czech Republic

The Bachelor's Thesis deals with arbitration and mediation according to valid legal legislation in Czech Republic. First part describes main problems of arbitration, it mentions history and development, defines the term, including adventages and disadvantages. The second part is addicted to mediation and its valid legal legislation in Czech Republic, it mentions hisory and the characteristic of this term including its adventages and disadvantages and also it dedicates to institutions and organizations stating in this area. The third, practical part is dedicated to analisis of new accepted legal act about mediation. This legal act is compared to directive of the European Parliament and of the Council of European Union EU 2008/52/ES about mediation in civil and commercial matters. As the result is the depth and rightness of implied directive to czech law.
