- 7 - Abstract - Employment of people with disabilities The thesis deals with the protection, rights and opportunities of employing disabled persons in the Czech Republic. It uses the information from the public-available sources and from the licensed sources available to all students of the Faculty of Law, Charles University. The thesis is divided into several parts, as current regulation in the international law, the history and current regulation in the Czech republic and in short practical part concerning real situation on the Czech labour market. The thesis follows the legislation at all levels and is structured similarly to the hierarchy of legal norms. First I deal with the definition of the concept, as has been altered over time. In a follow-up chapter are comprehensively analyzed the various international conventions that seek to identify and define a group of disabled people and set up for this group the broadest possible rights, and on the other hand, to define discrimination against such persons and to eliminate it. Here are taken into account obligations of the Czech Republic towards people with disabilities arising from membership in international organizations and in the European Union and from the ratification of international treaties. Design of optimization of Tesco e-shop

The thesis titled Tesco Potraviny online e-shop contents detailed customer experience based description of functionalities of the Tesco e-shop and some other e-shops competing on the on-line groceries market. Available methods of multi-criteria decision making allowed a platform for comparative analysis of functionalities of Potraviny online, Potraviny domů and Z-market shopping websites. The customer satisfaction survey had been carried out via a multiple choice questionnaire. A proposal for optimalization of the Tesco e-shop, this being the aim of the thesis, has been put together thanks to evaluation of both data collected and multi-criteria analysis being applied. The thesis also provides some subject related information about the Tesco company and looks into how the e-commerce evolves.

Employment of people with disabilities

The thesis is aimed not only to clarify the concept of disabled in the international and Czech law, but mainly on the analysis of the rights granted to such persons. It deals in detail with international legislation in the employment of people with disabilities, different ways of their protection and their application. The development of the Czechoslovak legislation, social policy and the rights of disabled people is described in the second part, as well as a review of existing legislation and possible suggestions for improvement. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the unemployment of people with disabilities in the district Most.

Základy kanadského obchodního práva

Základy kanadského obchodního práva se zaměřují na stručný úvod do problematiky právní úpravy obchodních institucí v Kanadě. Cílem je seznámit nejen s ústavními základy, dělbou moci a stručnou právní historií Kanady, ale hlavně s používanými právními instituty, jejich rozdíly a případný odklon od úprav v anglickém, resp. americkém právu. Snaha o aplikaci českých právních termínů a tím o co nejvěrnější přirovnání kanadského práva k českému. Tak je umožněna snazší orientace v dosud méně známé oblasti anglo-amerického práva. K objasnění kanadského obchodního práva je použito porovnání s americkou, resp. anglickou právní úpravou, terminologické analogie s českými právními pojmy a precedentů k ukázce uplatnění některých obecných právních zásad. Práce by měla být snadným zdrojem informací o kanadském obchodním právu, měla by usnadnit českým exportujícím firmám orientaci v kanadském právním systému a to nejen při uzavírání smluv podle kanadského práva, ale i plnění požadavků týkajících se kvality, bezpečnosti a cel.
