Administrative building with storage hall - preparation for carrying of supporting structures

The content of the thesis is preparation works for realization of the supporting structure to an administrative building and a storage hall in the town of Troubsko. The administrative building has three above-ground floors; vertical supporting structures are made of the Porotherm ceramic blocks, and the ceilings are made of the Spiroll prestressed ceiling slabs. The storage hall is made of steel with a truss girder with the span of 31.5 metres, the supporting pillars are made of I 500 profiles. The thesis includes the technical specification of the selected technical stage, the technical specification of the construction site facilities, the technical specification of general transport conditions, technological prescription for the steel hall assembly, the design of machinery system, the inspection and test plan for the hall assembly, the environmental requirements, health and safety protection during work. The enclosures contain a table with inspection and test plan, the construction site layout, the itemized budget, the time schedule, the spending cap, and a labour deployment schedule.

British expansion to Egypt 1882. Contribution to Great Britain history

Když přední britský historik John Seeley v knize "The Expansion oj Englanď' napsal, že "Britské impérium vzniklo z roztržitosti", chtěl tím zdůraznit, že obrovská světová říše nebyla budována podle nějakých pevných plánů, ale vytvářela se převážně nahodile, hlavně díky pověstnému realismu a pragmatismu britských politiků, vycházejících vždy z konkrétní situace a škály možností řešení jednotlivých problémů, které přinášela doba. Oprávněnost tohoto názoru potvrdila i britská politika v tzv. "egyptské otázce" v průběhu druhé poloviny 19. století. Jedná se o údobí ohraničené krachem tzv. "egyptského hospodářského zázraku" na jeho počátku a tzv. "fašodskou krizí", která danou epochu uzavřela smírem obou hlavních konkurentů v této oblasti - Francie a V elká Británie. Liberální i konzervativní vlády, jež v tomto čase řídily britskou říši, se s větším či menším úspěchem snažily řešit vyvstávající konkrétní problémy, aniž si zřetelně uvědomovaly, že tím zahajují další vlnu koloniální expanze, která povede k ovládnutí takřka celého afrického kontinentu evropskými mocnostmi. Průběh a důsledky ovládnutí Egypta Brity a s ním tradičně spojeného Súdánu byl již v dostačující míře analyzován v mnoha odborných studiích evropských, amerických a dalších historiků. Proto se v této práci pokouším alespoň částečně analyzovat...
