Heating and ventilation in the „Emotivní dům“

This master’s thesis deals with the design of the heating and ventilation system for the ‘Emotivní dům’ which was designed by the author of this thesis. The first part of the thesis provides an overview of the project and the architectural design of the house. In the next part, the calculation of the heat loss and the design of the heating and ventilation system is described. War-air heating/ventilation is used in in the habitable rooms of the house with the hydronic system utilized in other spaces. The floor heating is used in the bathrooms and the other non-habitable spaces, such as the garage, are heated with radiators. A natural gas boiler is used as a heat source for both space heating and domestic hot water heating. The thesis contains the floor plans of the house as well as technical drawings of the heating and ventilation system.

BRÁZDA, Jan: Waste management in city Tišnov [Diploma thesis]. Mendel university in Brno. Faculty of regional development and international studies. Supervisor: prof. Ing. Ilja Vyskot, CSc. Degree of qualification: Engineer, regional development. Brno: FRRMS, 2014. 82 s. This diploma thesis is focused on waste management in city Tišnov and consists of 3 main parts. The first part is focused on explanation of the basic terms and analysis of the legislation, valid legal norms, theirs historical development and description of the waste management plan in CR and JMK. The second part is characterizing and describing the area of research and is specifically aimed on waste management in the town. Third part is focused on SWOT analysis, with which I am trying to point out the strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats in the field of waste management for the town. Part of my own work is also questionnaire survey, its interpretation and proposals for possible action.

Effects on individual parametres of voice by physiotherapy

Modern elements used in physiotherapy give us the opportunity to intervention and at first sight remote medical fields, such as phoniatry. This work deals with physiotherapy solutions singer and voice performance while preventing possible regular difficulties which have arisen in the course of his career. The aim was to demonstrate the effect of changes in posture and breathing training with incentive spirometers for various voice parameters. A study was conducted which was attended by total of 13 probands from the conservatory students. The probands were divided into two groups. All underwent examination phoniatrist a physiotherapy student and subsequently got a plan to target group assignments lasting six weeks. After this period, both groups repeated the tests and their results are processed. These results showed us improve flexible range of voice, spirometric parameters FVC and FEV1 compared to the control group.
