Political Doctrine of Tomio Okamura: Analysis of political speech

(in English): The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of keywords in the speech of the chairman of the SPD Movement on the social network Facebook. As a method, the analysis of keywords is used for the analysis, which are selected based on the mutual relationship and content analysis. The thesis deals with the key areas of these keywords and based on their interpretation, the classification of the political doctrine of Tomia Okamura is made as populist. The doctrine is further classified in terms of strategy, political appeal and inclusiveness. Later, the thesis deals with the general structure of argumentation, the construction of the worldview and the topics on the basis of which communication with the auditorium takes place. The basic values promoted by the speech are security and justice, which, in the performance of Okamura, have almost the same function in the speech. Based on these values, Okamura constructs the idea of dangers that stem from the efforts of elites to take power, these elites generate various dangers in the form of, for example, immigration, which is however considered mostly to be an instrument of the elites.
Improving marketing mix in the company DeLonghi Group

DeLonghi Group was founded in Italy in 1902. It is one of the largest manufacturers in the sector of small domestic appliances. The group of companies consists of such brands as DeLonghi, Kenwood and Braun. The subject of my bachelor thesis is the marketing mix of DeLonghi Group. The main aim of the thesis is to develop ways to improve the marketing policy of the company by making changes to it is the marketing mix. In order to reach the aim I evaluated the economic position of the company and it is internal and external environment through PEST analysis and 5 forces of Porter. I have also carried out analysis of the companys position in the market by defining target audience, key competitors, market share, assessing the marketing mix of the companys 4 P using the BCG matrix, the elasticity, the analysis of distribution network. I revealed the mechanics of sales and marketing campaigns, made SWOT analysis, identified best practices for each P of the group of companies. The result is a plan for improving the marketing mix of the company in the form of implementation the Stage Gate method , the deepening of analysis in the calculation of prices, expansion of direct sales, introduction of Agile marketing, the extension of the mystery shopper project.
Managing commodity policy in modern conditions

The subject of my bachelor work is a commodity management system at the enterprise policy SVOK LLC. LLC SVOK is a famous Russian enterprise, which is engaged in manufacturing ventilation, heating and air-conditioning systems. Bachelor work divided into introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction describes the relevance of my work, its purpose and objectives, methods, which I will use, knowledge base and more. The first chapter is devoted to the fundamental methodological aspects of enterprises ' product policy. In the second chapter, I will proceed to the analysis and assessment of product policy SVOK LLC. In the third chapter, I consider possible directions and give suggestions to improve product policy research facility. In conclusion will be summed up all the work.
Development of the enterprise in market conditions

The Subject Matter of my bachelor thesis is the development of the enterprise. The Objective is the analysis of the enterprises development in market environment through the examination of the car dealer JSC AVTODOM and forming the proposals for improving the development of the enterprise. Joint-stock company AVTODOM was founded in 1992, specializing on sales of Premium and Luxury car segments. The 1st chapter discloses theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of the automotive dealer chain in a market environment of Russia. The 2nd chapter includes a General characterization of the JSC AVTODOM and analysis of the development of the company; the second part of the chapter also presents suggestions for improving the development of the automotive dealer chain.
Radniční periodika a komunální volby v České republice: Pomáhají veřejně dotované noviny zastupitelům ke znovuzvolení?

In the Czech Republic, town halls are allowed to issue printed newspapers to inform the residents about local events. The newspapers are funded from municipal budgets and free for the residents, often delivered directly to the mailbox. Apart from being useful source of information, the newspapers may serve also as a platform for election campaign of the incumbent politicians. This fact was the main reason for the amendment of the Press Act in 2013, directing municipalities to issue unbiased news with enough room for all the political stakeholders. The present study uses various secondary data to examine the effects of town hall newspapers on voting decisions during municipal elections held between 1998 and 2014. Econometric analysis finds significant and positive relationship between presence of a newspaper and performance of incumbent politicians. Comparison of election results from 2014 with previous election years suggest that the Press Act amendment has not had substantial impact on this relationship.
Marketing planning at a wholesale company

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of marketing activities of wholesale trading enterprises and the subsequent development of effective marketing plan on example of the distributing company "MERLION". Methodological basis of research consists of the works of Russian and foreign scientists in the field of strategic marketing, marketing planning, and strategic management. The following procedures were made during the Thesis writing: analysis of the marketing plan for 2015, as well as the system of management and interaction of the departments in the MERLION company, have been described and analyzed products, formed a marketing plan for 2016, calculated marketing budget, tasks were distributed between the departments of the company and the calculation of efficiency of marketing plan for 2016 FY has been done. On the basis of the calculation efficiency, we can conclude that a marketing plan for 2016 will help MERLION company to achieve their goals.
Optimization of pricing and price policy of the enterprise in the conditions of financial and economic instability

The subject of this Bachelors or of Art work is research of pricing and price policy of management company CJSC "Nash Standart" , which is included in group of companies Properties O1 enterprises, in the conditions of financial and economic instability. The purpose of work is search of ways of optimization of price policy in the market of commercial real estate. The management company CJSC "Nash Standart" is one of the leaders in the Moscow market in granting to clients professional services of trust management of objects of commercial real estate. This Bachelor of Arts work is divided into three main parts. In the first part of work the theoretical bases of formation of price policy, methods of pricing and analyses of internal and external indicators are described. The second part characterizes the CJSC "Nash Standart" organization, his financial activity for 2012-2015, the analysis of requirement in rendering of services of the company and the analysis of price policy. The last section includes solutions of problems of pricing and price policy in the sphere of rendering of services by the CJSC "Nash Standart" enterprise.
Communication policy of the company in a market economy

The Subject Matter of my bachelor thesis is the communication policy of Albatros, LLC (located in Moscow, Nemchinova Street, 12). The Objective is to analyze the communication policy of the company in a market economy. Founded in 1994 the company of Albatros is a large manufacturing company, whose activity is aimed at developing and implementing sensor and measuring equipment for oil and gas industry. The 1st chapter discloses theoretical aspects of communication policy of the enterprise. The 2nd chapter includes description of the company and its activities, and also present state communication model in the company. The 3d chapter describes the future state communication mode and the recommendations for the company.
The process of launching a product into the market

Attracting new customers and retaining existing ones becomes more difficult with increasing competition in the sales market. In this bachelor thesis a problem of the introduction of a new product to the trade by marketing promotion is considered. This process plays a key role for the success of the enterprise as well as the effectiveness of the marketing campaign depends entirely on the amount of sales of our product. This thesis is an example and a step by step guide to achieve the increase in customer loyalty, basing on the example of a company that is just starting their way in the sales area. One effective way to identify strengths and weaknesses is a method of qualitative research, which allows you to assess the situation from all sides as much as possible with minimal costs. This method will be a key mission across the bachelor work.
