Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The Bachelors's Thesis "Educational needs of pedagogic workers interest education " aims to identify and analyze the training needs of teachers of formal education, specifically those teachers and educators of free time school groups and school clubs. The work is divided into two part is, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to three sub- regions-1) it discusses the legislative anchoring of teachers, 2) it explains the fundamental concepts of the corresponding sphere, and 3) it describes the options and types of further education of teachers. The practical part is conceived as an analysis of the educational needs of target groups. In terms of methodology, structured interviews and questionnaires were used . The aim of the work was to determine the preferences of the respondents in the area of supplementary education .
