Šmahel, Jiří ; Bartošek, Vladimír (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This master's thesis focuses on managing a workplace reconstruction project, from which the company anticipates opportunities for growth and improvement of individual processes. The selected company has been dealing with issues of insufficient production capacity and the segregation of its workplaces for a long time. One potential solution is relocating to another facility, however it requires reconstruction first. The thesis contains a proposal how such a reconstruction could take place.

Improving the production process after implementation new technology
Drápelová, Markéta ; Bartošek, Vladimír (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of the production process after the introduction of a new technology so that the improvement would be carried out by the appropriate design after the analysis of the actual state of the selected process. The work is done for the company NOMINAL CZ OBCHODNÍ, s. r. o., which is engaged in the production of healthy food. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical bases that were key to the creation of the analytical part. It is more closely devoted to the identification and specification of problems, which are then solved in the design part, which recommends the company to take certain measures. These measures are then evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively.

The Press Line Optimization Design
Tokoš, Juraj ; Bartošek, Vladimír (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the current state of the press line and proposing its optimization using simulation. The theoretical part is dedicated to production processes and lean manufacturing methods. In the analytical part, the company in question is introduced. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of the production line. The design section describes variants of simulation models of both the current and optimized process forms and evaluates the benefits of the proposed solution.

Proposal for the improvement of a painting line in a selected company
Čeliňák, Martin ; Sakreida, Tomáš (referee) ; Bartošek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the improvement of the condition and the possibilities of development of the newly opened powder coating line. The thesis examines the problems encountered in the operation, analyzes them and on this basis proposes measures that would lead to better operation of the line and increase production on the line. On the basis of capacity calculations, the thesis also focuses on possible potentials for increasing production with a view to the future. The thesis is standardly divided into three main chapters, namely the theoretical background section, the analysis of the current situation section and the section with the actual solution proposals.

Design of Process Management Support in the Information System
Hodulík, Lukáš ; Bartošek, Vladimír (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis focuses on proposing support for order management in the Customer Relationship Management information system. It consists of several main parts. The theoretical section delves into processes and information systems, providing a fundamental understanding of the topic and its context. The analytical part includes a detailed description of the company and a thorough analysis of the order management process in relation to the information system. The design section focuses on a specific proposal for a new information system, including process changes, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs. The evaluation encompasses an analysis of process reduction without added value due to the new system, time savings for employees, and financial assessment based on expected time savings. Implementation of the proposed system is expected to enhance performance and competitive advantage.
