Production of trap capture
Barták, Jan ; Heinl, Tomáš (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis presents a proposal for the production of trap capture, which is made from construction steel S 235 JRC with a production series size of 6 000 pieces a year in a combined instrument. Based on a literary study and the calculations associated with them, a combined instrument has been designed to combine shearing and bending. The design of the instrument was adapted to produce of a sheet metal roll component. The instrument is placed in a steel stand clamped in an eccentric press LEN 63C by ŠMERAL Trnava. The LEN 63C has a nominal forming force of 630 kN. For corrosion resistance the component is zinc-coated. Part of the thesis is also an economic evaluation of the proposed production technology.
Analysis of a Forging Process of the Jaw Turnout Lock Hook
Barták, Jan ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is focused on optimalization of jaw turnout lock hook forging process which is used in rail transport and is forged from steel of 13 240 grade. Production process of the hook, that is being used in Královopolská kovárna s.r.o. company now, leads to fold defect in the inner side of curved part formation. Conditions of the folds formation were defined using the numeric simulation of this process in Simufact Forming software. After that improvements such as change of semi-finished product size, change of geometry of ancestor shape, bending tools and forging die were made according to linear study of this problematics. These volumetric and geometric changes were verified using the simulation in software and relocation defect did not appear.
Využití tavného svařování pro výrobu nízkotlakých nádob
Barták, Jan
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of fusion welding of low-pressure vessels. The introduction is devoted to the division of fusion welding methods. It is an overview of current technologies that are commonly used in engineering production. The primary objective is also to outline the problems and specifics of the production of weldments intended for areas with higher mechanical stress. Then follows a description of the basic technical parameters for the production of a correct weld bead. This mainly includes the calculation of heat input, the use of current indicator and the correct selection of shielding gas. The issues of heat affected area and the possibility of structural changes in the basic material are also dealt with in detail. The primary focus of all indicators is on the TIG method. The following section explains the issue of welding low-pressure vessels using a robotic arm and a single-purpose semi-automatic machine. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to control mechanisms of welded joints.
