Advanced picture segmentation for 3D view

The thesis advanced image segmentation for 3D image deals with segmentation and anaglyph 3D views. In the theoretical part of the thesis describes the different approaches were used to image segmentation and closely related methods of image processing. In the following practical part was the implementation of selected methods and created user-friendly applications. The main objective of the program is to identify significant objects in the image. For the purpose of segmentation methods have been implemented based on k-means method, the method of contour and the growth of seeds. The program is created in Visual Studio 2008 and written in C + +. The input and output is the image in various formats (JPG, BMP, TIFF).

Correctors of video signals aperture distortion

The aim of this Bachelor thesis was first to explore capabilities of aperture correction in the analogue and digital field. Aperture correction reduces the duration of entering egde of the brightness signal of the full television signal. By dint of the theoretical findings to project a circuit diagram of the derivation and cosine aperture equalizer. The derivation aperture equalizer uses the second derivation to adjust and reduce the duration of the entering edge. The cosine aperture equalizer uses the dead time element for reduction of the entering edge of the input signal. Afterwards with the simulations to validate their functions of the adjustment of the entering edge of the input signal. In the end to compile the structural background for the creation of both of the equalizers.

Dvůr olomouckých biskupů byl od poloviny 13. století stálicí mezi dvorskými strukturami moravského markrabství, ovšem několika setletému trvání biskupského dvora zdaleka neodpovídá kvantitativní, ani kvalitativní způsob jeho dosavadního zpracování v literatuře. Studium dvorů a rezidencí je frekventovaným tématem evropské medievistiky, o čemž svědčí studie Hanse Patzeho z r. 1972 a jeho pilotní článek, který projekt studia středověkých rezidencí a dvorů metodologicky zaštítil r. 1982 a uvolnil tak stavidla obrovskému zájmu o toto téma. I) Od té doby už uběhlo drahně času a vzniklo i několik prací, které spadají do období pozdního středověku a raného novověku a nadto se zabývají dvory duchovních činitelů. Z nich rozsahem vynikají dvě práce, obě nám přibližují obraz fungování rezidence církevního činitele, jehož vlastní sídlo není totožné se sídlem katedrálního chrámu. Starší je kniha Dietra Kerbera, věnovaná rezidenční síti trevírských arcibiskupů, kteří svůj zájem vedle Trevíru věnovali také Koblenzi a hradu Ehrenbreitsteinu?) V roce 1998 vyšla gottingenská disertace Michaela Scholze o rezidenci magdeburských arcibiskupů Arnošta Saského (1476-1513) a markraběte Albrechta Braniborského (1513-1545) ve městě Halle?) Typologicky obdobným případem se zabýval C. Wagner u kolínského arcibiskupa Ruprechta Falckého...

Soldier, member of International Brigades and politician Bohuslav Laštovička (1905 - 1981) and his footprint in Czechoslovak history of the 20th century

(in English) In my thesis, I have decided to continue the theme I have already pursued in my previous bachelor's degree research. It consists of biographies of selected outstanding volunteers who took part in the Spanish Civil War in 1936-1939, with a special attention given to their lives after 1948. Following the life story of Osvald Závodský, I have chosen to focus on the life of Bohuslav Laštovička (1905-1981), a former officer of the Army of the First Czechoslovak Republic, and later a Communist journalist and publicist. In Spain, he served as the first commander of the "Gottwald" anti-aircraft division, then he was a member of the leadership of the Czechoslovak Communist Party in London. Following the liberation, he worked as the first director of Czechoslovak Radio. In 1948, he was an ambassador in Moscow, and later a deputy at the Ministry of Defence. After political restrictions during the political trials era, he became a chairman of the National Assembly in the mid-1960s, and remained in this post until 1968. As a member of the Federal Assembly he served until his dead in 1981. Personality of Osvald Závodský specializing his services in Spain during years 1936 - 1939

(in English): This my bachelor thesis describes personality of Osvald Závodský. He was an important member of communist security department. He became chief of State security (StB) in 1950 and after a few months he was arested within political process, which took place in Czechoslovakia in 50's. In one of them, he was sentenced to death penalty and in March 1954 he was executed.This part of his life is quite good known. I decided to describe in this bachelor thesis primarily his life during Spanish civil war (1936-1939) and following second Word War. He participated actively in both wars. In case of Spanish civil war due to my academic program, I described too separate chapter about departures of volunteers from Czechoslovakia from perspective of state administration. The other chapter described formativ and organization of military units, in which Czechoslovak volunteers served and fought. This part of his life has not been explained so far. In spite of this fact I of course described too the following years of his life. I tried to explain functioning of political processes in Czechoslovakia. The final result of my work is attempt to describe his inconsistent life. I worked on it in the spirit of pozitivist historiography without any cliches.
