The project processes technical documentation of a detached family house with design office in the newly pulled over territory. The building is located in Svetla nad Sázavou on the outskirts of the town. The building has two floors and no basement. In the first floor there is the workshop - design office designed for the homeowner. The house has a garage with parking for one car. The house is based on the underlying strip of plain concrete and walled building system Heluz. The roof of the second floor is shed with a slope of 7 %. Roofing is skived Lindab Click metal. The roof of the first floor is designed as a flat with a minimum slope 2 %. It is designed to be walked and ply.Built-up area is 170.50 square meters. Also essay about the stairs is included
TWO-GENERATION DETACHED HOUSE

This is a detached two-generation house in a partially built-up area. The building is situated in the village of Kobylnice, that lies approximately 15 km south-east from Brno. The building has two floors without cellar. Ground floor dwelling unit is meant for a family with two childern. There is entrance hall with dressing room, WC, bathroom, parents´ bedroom, bedroom for childern, living room with study and kitchen with dining room. There is also ground-level terrace accessable from childern´s room and kitchen with dining room. Second floor dwelling unit is meant for a married couple. There is entrance hall and staircase, room for household choirs with dressing room, WC, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, pantry and terrace. There is also a common garage with parking space for two cars. The house is based on strips made of plain concrete and is built of the Porotherm building system. Skillion roof is pitched with an inclination of 7°. Roofing tile is standing seam sheet steel Lindab Click. Built-up area is 228,4 m2. There is also included a seminar paper on the topic: Structures of roof cladding for various kinds of roofs according to ČSN 73 1901.

The main purpose of my thesis is to design detached family house and make the project documentation for implementation of its construction. This house should be able to accommodate family composed by 4-5 members. The part of the huose is garage. The building has 2 floors and basement. The building with hipped roof is based on brick systém Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain.

The subject of my bachelor thesis was newly built indoor pool and spa renewal of winter in the part of Brno- Zábrdovice. In this area there is also a summer swimming pool with artificial waves, building changing rooms and sanitary facilities, and underground parking for 66 cars. The construction of the indoor pool is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of an entrance hall with reception and staircase leading to the restaurant on the second floor. The second part is used as sanitary facilities , where are the changing rooms, toilets and showers. The third part is the actual pool hall with a swimming pool 25 meters long, a children's pool, jacuzzi, steam and especially wild river. The second floor also has an outdoor terrace with two pools and the opportunity to take advantage of refreshments in the second floor. The building has two floors with a basement and a flat roof. This object is used as a public building for swimming and relaxing with a total capacity of 90 people. The building is designed with full wheelchair accessible.
Znojmo, the Reconstruction of House Malá Františkánská , Nr. 121

The solved remains of a house are located in the Znojmo historical center. The old house is protected monument in an urban conservation area. The house is situated of a block of buildings on the corner of a Malá Františkánská and Klácelova streets. The building is dilapidated in this time. Some walls are supported by reinforcing structures. Most of the aboveground structures won´t be able to retain. Only some parts of the house will retain such as cellar, the walls of the Malá Františkánská street, two gothic portals, rock lining of the basement windows and entrance secession´s doors. The main idea was to create an object fitting into the surroundings which is characterized by a high density of historic buildings. The construction is largely solved by brick walls. There are also glazed facade stairs which are designed as a steel frame. The gabled roof covered with plain tiles is proposed with dormer windows. Doors and windows are made of wood - oak shade. There is used white lime Cemix preservationist program on the external plaster. The building is functionally divided into areas cafes, wine cellar and two maisonettes. Basement and whole 1st floor are used for commercial purposes cafe with a total area of 97 square meters. The wine bar is spread at the area of 139 square meters. There are two maisonettes in the 2nd and 3rd floor. The first one is 4+KK with the area of 125 square meters. The second one is 6+KK with 180 square meters. The main entrance to the building is an open passage leading to a small enclosed courtyard. The passage is the entrance to the cafe and also to staircase connecting all floors including the basement, wine cellar, wine bars and both floors with penthouse apartments. There is designed lift for disabled in the whole object from this atrium.
Study of behavior of thermal insulation materials on natural base

The aim of the thesis is focused on a research of behavior of thermal and acoustic insulating materials on natural base with major importance on fibrous insulating materials. Vital part of the thesis is aimed on monitoring of environmental aspects interrelated with retrieving of raw materials and insulating materials manufacturing. Other types of fibrous insulating materials employed in a civil engineering are presented in the text. The main objective of the thesis is an evaluation of an influence of input fibers quality to the final attributes of insulating materials. The fundamental element of material quality evaluation represents physical and mechanical attributes of examined subjects.

The aim of the diploma work is a design of the Municipal House in the municipality of Habrovany u Vyškova. The building is designed in a gentle slope, the ground plan is irregular, the height of the object is different in the individual parts. The model of the building is a linear wall system.The building consists of three work sets which are the municipal authority, a fire station, and a cultural social hall. The municipal authority is a two-floor structure, the other rooms are one-floor ones. The fire station has a garage for two vehicles.

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentation of a family house in Dolni Becva near Roznov pod Radhostem. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on plot number 1373/24b+1373/25 in Dolni Becva area. The infrastructure runs within a local road near the plot. The project is designed for one apartment to be build within the house, is designed for four or five inhabitants. The house is multilevel. The building is located on flat terrain. The weight-baering system of the building is designed with POROTHERM technology. The roof of the building is of gabled design. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of load distribution layer of the floor.

This work deals with a newly built detached house with a place of business – a hairdresser’s. The building is situated in the south-west part of the town of Pozořice in a distance of approximately 15 kilometres east of Brno. It is designed as an edifice on two floors, without a cellar and with a flat roof with single covering. On the ground floor the hairdresser’s and residential rooms for daily use are located while on the first floor there are places designed for relaxation with bedrooms and rooms for children. The house is planned for 2 adults and from 3 to 4 children.

The task of bachelor´s thesis was to design a reconstruction of residues in Znojmo on the street Malá Františkánská. The proposal is an alternative spatial and functional solution of the object based on its historic character which is architecturally interesting and also good in terms of technique and construction. It was based on an architectural study that I designed in the studio restoration of monuments in the summer semester of the third year. In this work there is then documented the development of this project - from the initial architectural studies, through study of construction to the project documentation for building construction. In the last part - architectural detail - is concerned with the solution fills a gothic portal. An integral part is the technical report where everything is thoroughly described.
