This thesis is dealing with the valuation of a spesific real estate. In the first part it is neccesery to define the basic concepts and analyze the methods of valuation that will be used in determining both of the known prices. Analyze the entire valuation process from data collection to results. In the second part i will be working with the results and demonstrate the complications that can happen in the process of valuation of such unique real estates.

The title: The termination of employment agreement - the notice The aim of this thesis is to illustrate one part of Czech labour law - the institute of termination of employment agreement - the notice. My reasons for choosing this topic are following. This topic is current and it is the object of many disputes. It is interesting part of labour law, which step in to the employee's life significantly. My thesis is composed of 13 chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of notice. Chapter One is the introduction to the thesis and it contains the reasons why I chose this topic. Chapter Two outlines the ways of termination of employment agreement and it is subdivided into three parts. Part One describes the termination of contract of employment by legal event. Part Two concerns the termination of employment agreement by official decision. And finally part Thee explains the termination of contract of employment by legal act. Chapter Three focuses on notice in general way. This chapter has also three parts. Part One deals with subjects of notice. Part Two contains the requirements of the notice - mainly the written form and the delivery. And part Three mentions the cancellation of the notice and the approval with this cancellation. Protierozní opatření jako prvek ekologické stability krajiny

The topic of this thesis are erosion control measures as a device of ecological stability (of the landscape). As a region of interest the basin near Velký Ratmírov village, which lies in South Bohemian Regions in Jindřichův Hradec district, was chosen. For the calculations of soil loss values, the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) developed by Wischmeier and Smith was used. For estates with above the threshold values of soil loss, the preventive anti-erosion measures as a crop rotation and diking (dyking) were suggested.

The Status of a Professional sportsman in terms of Labour Law

This Thesis deals with the issue of a status of a professional sportsman in terms of labour law. First chapters are dedicated on the definition of dependent work in terms of the Labour Code and the questions of basic institutes of labour law, which are essential for proper comparing with the status of a professional sportsman. Further the key concepts of a professional sportsman and sport club are defined from the view of Czech Law. This Thesis continues with a treatise on legal relations between professional sportsman and sports clubs as well as detailed analysis of legal contracts between professional sportsman and sports clubs. After analysing the fundamental questions of the legal relationship between a professional sportsman and a sports club, this work focuses on the question of comparison of the labour section with the section dealing with professional sportsman. Primarily to answer a fundamental question, whether the performance of sports activities can be considered as a dependent work according to the Labour Code. Even though it is an essential question, it is problematic within the scope of Czech legal system, because there is no proper legislation.
