Relationship between attachment style and sociometric status in working group

The content of this bachelor thesis is an insight into the topic of attachment in the workplace. It is examined wheter there is a statistical significant relationship between attachment style and sociometric status. The research set consists of 8 teams and 7 of them is from the commercial sphere. In this work was used quantitative design and the data was collected through a questionnaire. The basic premise of the study was that individuals with low avoidance and anxiousness scores higher in popularity and influence in the collective. This premise was confirmed by the data analasys KEYWORDS attachment, sociometry, working group, work and organizational psychology
