The entrances to the first floor, which is designed mainly for pedestrians, located in the courtyard entrance and the entire southeast wall of the café with showcases go in line with the pavement that is along Mylady Horákové Street. The next floors have a dynamic and tiered shape with a predominant function for cultural, educational, educational and commercial activities, galleries and gathering space. Due to its scale, the mass of the building itself is divided into two parts by means of a suspended facade from a U-profile over three floors. The facade of the building dynamically alternates with its rhythm and with playful compositional elements it accentuates the mass of the house or, on the contrary, relaxes and relieves it in places.
