This thesis deals with water quality monitoring in the river Brtnice within the year 2013. The thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of basic water quality parameters from taken samples by using a spectrophotometer. Chosen parameters are nitrates, sulfates and total phosphorus. By using Sension 156 there are further monitored the temperature of the water, pH, conductivity and the amount of dissolved oxygen in the river. Goal of the thesis is the analysis of measured parameters for water quality according to CSN 75 7221 Classification of surface water quality and according to Goverment order number 61/2003 Coll. on the indicators and values of permissible pollution of surface water.

This diploma Thesis deals with the drainage conditions and retention potential of the selected river basin Karlínský creek in the Vysočina Region of a total area 1 722 hectare. The goal of the Thesis is to evaluate hydrological characteristics of the watershed calculated by the DesQ-MAXQ model. The input data are gained by processing of a resource materials in ArcGIS programme. The results as potential retention, volume of runoff and peak flow are presented in the form of map outputs drew up by using ArcGIS programme. An important part of the Thesis is also literary research focused to the topic issue and the characteristic of the river basin of interest.

Efektivita email marketingu na trhu mezinárodních květinových zásilek

One of the strongest benefits, but at the same time also one of the reasons for unexploited potential of email marketing, is its high return on investment. As in the case of the firm FloraQueen, also other companies underestimate the efficiency of email marketing. The goal of this thesis is to contrast current email marketing activities of a concrete example against the best case practices and define approaches for achieving the most efficient results. To do so, latest email marketing statistics and trends are recompiled, internal analysis of FloraQueen is realized, industry benchmarks are established and a final set of recommendations is concluded.

Marketing Concept of Career Days

The goal of this thesis is to present a detailed analysis of marketing concept of the project Career Days for the purpose of designing a new strategy, which would enable the event to increase its efficiency in changing internal and external environment. The focus is laid on the relation between Career Days and the strategic direction of organization AIESEC, examined are also competition and relevance with aspects on customers' needs. The proposed differentiation strategy is also accompanied by recommendations for its further elaboration and implementation.
