The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to design a low-energy detached house. It is located in South Moravian region, in the town Břeclav in a new development area on the outskirt of the town. The building is two-storey with a garage for two cars which has a walkable sedum roof with a sunporch. The building has a flat roof. The main entrance is situated to the south-east. On the first floor is a living space of the house where is a big room which consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also an office, bathroom, WC, garage and utility room. On the second floor is a private zone where is a master bedroom with WC, two bedrooms, storage and bathroom. Structural system is masonry made of ceramic blocks. On the first storey is ventilated facade with wooden cladding. Floor slabs are prefabricated rib-and-filler floor. Heating will be provided by floor heating. Main heat source is air to water heat pump with integrated hot water cylinder in inner unit, which ensures potable hot water. Pipes for hot potable water and potable water will be located in suspended ceiling. House will be ventilated by mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery which will provide 250 m3/h of fresh air and draft the same amount of air out from the house. Air ducts will be located in suspended ceiling. Rain water from roofs will be collected in storage tank and excessive water will then flow to the infiltration tank. Stored water can be used for watering the garden.

The content of the bachelor thesis involves is the design of project documentation for the new apartment building BD1 in the town of Kroměříž. The building has one underground and three above ground floors with a residential attic and a gabled roof. The underground floor includes garages, cellar storage units and technical facilities. The above ground floors contain four living cells. The apartment of the first floor is barrier-free. The house is founded on foundation strips. The construction systm of the building is a wall made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of POT beams and MIAKO insters.

This Bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation of a residential building in the phase of construction documentation. According to the assignment, the residential building is located in the area of Central Moravia, specifically in the western suburbs of Moravská Třebová. The building is located on a sloping parcel with an elevation of ap-proximately 1,5 m at the site of the building. The building itself is a three-storey apartment building with basement designed in a standard with almost zero energy consumption. The residential building consists of three residential units 2+kk and 3+kk with common areas and facilities in the basement of the building. Structurally, the building is designed as a transverse wall with vertical structures of ce-ramic bricks, foundation strips of plain concrete and horizontal structures of ceramic blocks. These structures are complemented by a sloped roof consisting of a gambrel truss that defines the top floor as an attic.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of a new family house with a desing office in Brno. The new property is designed on a sloping terrain. The building is designed as a separate property with three above-ground floors and one underground floor, irregular in size 13.96 m x 13.14 m. The family house is designed as a single-family house for a family of four. The second overground floor serves as a day zone and the third overground floor as a relaxation zone. On the first floor there is a double garage with space for the families necessities. On the first floor there is an office for four workers with a separate entrance. The new building is designed using brickwork made of ceramic blocks with a construction system and a gable roof. The buildings include hard floor areas, a car park, bicycle parking area and a communal rubbish bin.

This thesis describes the design of small apartment building in Prostějov. It is a detached building with basement. The apartment building has one basement and four above. Consists of a total of 15 residential units. On first floor are situated three flats and on second, third and fourth floor are four residential units. The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are from monolithic and the roof is designed as a pitched roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of a new detached house with a design office at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The detached house is situated in a small town Příkazy. The building is partly basement with one above-ground floor and a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the ground part is made up of system SENDWIX.

Detached family hause is describet in inbachelor´s thesis. The hause is located in a part of the city Letovice, Kladoruby in the region of the Blansko. The building has an basement, two aboved -graunds plus an attic. In the basment are situated garage, shower, laundry toiled, and storage rooms. On the graund floor, there are ironworks shop witch storage and room for emloyees. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, work rooms and a questroom. In the attic there are one seperate room, two rooms witch dresing-rooms and bedroom witch dresing-room and bathroom. The hause is fouded on foudation strips made of concreate and build of the system HELUZ. Roofs above the main part of the hause as well above the staircase are saddle roofs, the pitch 35°. Clay tiles are the roofing materiál. The footprint of the house is 155,55 m2. The inbachelor´s thesis includes also seminar thesis of flooring terraces, balkonies and loggias.

The building has a basement, three floors above ground with a residential attic and a gabled roof. In the basement there is a garage, technical facilities, cellars and storage rooms. There are four living cells in the above-ground part of the building. The apartment on the first floor is barrier-free. The house has a simple rectangular floor plan and is based on foundation strips. The construction system of the building is a wall made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and Miako inserts.
Small apartment house

The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for construction execution of the house in the village Trnava close to Třebíč which is found in the Vysočina Region. The house has 3 floors out of which two are residential areas and in each of them there are two residential units. On the first floor shared areas can be found. Vertical supporting constructions are made by walled technology from ceramic breeze-blocks Porotherm 30T Profi Dryfix and Porotherm 25 AKU SYM. Horizontal contructions are assembled from Porotherm supporting elements and MIAKO walled breeze-blocks. Roofing is made by an aisle roof. During the design processing the impact was put on increased comfort for using it and the overall modern concept of the house.
