Creating Sabores s. r. o. 's Marketing Plan and Marketing Strategy

The goal of this diploma thesis is to create and improve a marketing strategy of a company Sabores s. r. o. according to the current strategy analysis. To create the marketing plan for 2012 can't be set without a proper definition of the company strategy and goals. More analysys are needed to be able to decide which strategy is the best. First of all PEST and SWOT analysis have to be conveyed to be able to define the strategy. Recommendations are proposed for each part of the marketing mix separately.
Supranational support of enterprises-chosen aspects

This thesis focuses on chosen aspects of a supranational support of enterprises in the Czech Republic. According to the importance of small and medium businesses not only in the Czech Republic but in all Europe are SMEs in focus more than before. The first part is theoretical and focuses on describing a situation and position of SMEs, dividing them according to size etc. Following part describes the Regional and structure policy in the EU and initiatives. The next part contains all operation programs of support in the Czech Republic and their benefit for enterprises. In details is described ROP NUTS II South-west, which is supported by a real example. The last chapter includes the mechanism of application for financial support.
