The attitudes of foster parents to services provided by nonprofit organizations in Ceske Budejovice district

The bachelor thesis deals with the attitudes of foster parents to services provided by accompanying organizations in the district of České Budějovice. The first part of my bachelor thesis describes the basic concepts like the foster care and family. The aim is to present legal rights and responsibilities which foster parents towards the entrusted child have. I dedicated the second part of my theoretical part to the description of the accompanying organizations and social workers. The practical part provides data analysis from the answers acquired during the semi structured interviews. My goal is to find out whether the services provided by non-profit organization to foster families are sufficiently fulfilled according to the act number 359/1999 concerning Legal Code About Social and Legal Protection of Children. This thesis is also interested in their points of view on accompanying organizations and if they would appreciate or welcome any changes.

PhDr. Lea Květoňová, Ph.D. ABSTRACT This bachelor thesis is focused on implementaion of support measures at the elementary school for pupils with visual impairment. Its aim is to find out how the support of pupils with visual impairment is provided at the elementary school established according to §16 Act no. 561/2004 Sb. - the education law, describes the conditions for providing optimal support for these pupils and suggests improving measures and procedures. The thesis is composed of the theoretical part and the research parts. The theoretical part deals with the caterogy "pupils with visual impairment", their classification, diagnostic, development and specifics. The term support measures is explained and ten sections of support from "Catalog of support measures for pupils needed the education support beacause of visual impairment and the weakning of the visual perception". The research part uses the qualitative survey and occupy with the implementation of support measures at the elementary school for pupils with visual impairment. Monitoring quality indikators of anesthesilogy care

Safety and quality of care are considered to be one of the main priorities in anaesthesia and their management and monitoring should be continuous and systematic. Quality indicators in anaesthesia must be frequently evaluated. Their evidence and evaluation create not only safe environment for patients but also continuously improve quality of anaesthesiologic care. The main objective of this diploma thesis was to evaluate patient's satisfaction with provided anaesthesiologic care, one of the main quality indicators in anaesthesia. Other objectives were research of quality indicators recommended in the Czech Republic and quality indicators recommended by foreign medical societies. The last partial objective was to create quality indicators checklist tailored for specific department of anaesthesiology based on collected data. Quantitative method research was conducted, using unstandardised questionnaire for patients, hospitalized and anaesthetised. 140 questionnaires were distributed of which 117 questionnaires returned. Based on objective the author of diploma thesis found out that Czech society of anaesthesia, resuscitation and intensive care determines quality indicators monitored in the Czech Republic. Vliv organizační struktury podniku na motivaci zaměstnanců

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem organizační struktury podniku na zaměstnance. Předmětem rozboru je pracovní prostředí firmy Mc Donald?s, přičemž je diskutováno nejen fungování jednotlivých organizačních větví, ale také jejich dopad na řízení a motivaci zaměstnanců. V rámci rozborů je prostor pro diskusi o kvalitách či nedostatcích firemního zázemí.Práce obsahuje průřez celou organizační strukturou jedné modelové restaurace. Představuje možnosti kariérního postupu od nejnižší pozice až k pozici vedoucího restaurace, a to včetně výčtu celého spektra alternativních pozic v rámci zaměstnanecké hierarchie.Text dále konfrontuje fiktivní osobu s reálnými problémy a zátěžovými situacemi.Na konkrétních příkladech jsou představeny nejmarkantnější problémy ve fungování této celosvětově působící společnosti.
