Legal regulation of conflict of interests in Czech republic de lege lata and de lege ferenda Resumé: This work deals with the institute of conflict of interests. This legal institute is typical for all types of state systems, however efforts to legally regulate it as appropriate exist usually only in certain systems (in particular in democratic systems). This institute can be basically divided in so called incompatibility of functions and the conflict of interests as such (i.e. the conflict between the public and the private interest). Incompatibility of functions can be characterized as the basic requirement of each democratic legal state, which is reflected in the impossibility to concentrate functions (and related powers) which represent individual elements of state power. This first of all pre-empts misusing the entrusted public function and trust, further it also pre-empts misusing power up to the potential possibility of establishing authoritarian or totalitarian regimes. Therefore incompatibility can arise in particular where the division of powers exists, thus in particular in a democratic legal state. Separation of three individual basic pillars (i.e. legislative, executive and judicial powers) thus has its value in impossibility to concentrate functions from any of those pillars in the hands of...

Key factors of prosperity in middle company

The bachelor work describes the current situation of the middle company in the spheres of management, marketing, financial management and human resource management. In every sphere suggests steps for long and short term, which should lead to heighten the prosperity of the middle company. In Czech Republic present middle companies 99, 8 % of all companies and play the role of society's stabilizer. In small and middle companies the managers do not have the economics education and are not prepared to solve the appeared problems as a result of the changes in company's environment.

Managing financing for dynamic growth of a small firm

The objective of my final thesis was to choose, based upon findings and profitability assessments of each type of financing, a suitable financing of growth of the W.A.G, mineral fuels, Inc., the society which operates the project of unmanned filling-stations Tank & Go. In my thesis, I describe types of financing, the ways of gaining financial sources, the changes in legal form of entrepreneurship, the forms of cooperation as well as the state assistance to the entrepreneurs. Consequently, in the practical research, I evaluate the suitability of these types of financing to the project Tank & Go in accordance with the criteria given by the owner of the society as well as with its financial structure.

Práce srovnává postavení malých a středních podniků v České republice a v Bulharsku. Hodnotí nákladovou, finanční a časovou náročnost založení firmy v obou zemích. Dále srovnává daňové zatížení malých a středních podnikatelů. Porovnává také povinné platby na zdravotní a sociální zabezpečení placené zaměstnavatelem i zaměstnancem. V praktické části je popis existující firmy v Bulharsku a srovnání pro imaginární analogickou firmu působící v České republice.

The aim of the dissertation is to create the clear directions for setting up of the business plan of an existing company. In the meantime to create also the easy version of the business plan for internal use with the purpose to give notice of current or possible future risk and suggest the precautions to improve the company processes.
