Effectiveness of control mechanisms of human rights treaties

6 Abstract Current international law contains several treaty instruments anchoring and regulating the area of human rights. It develops at both universal level, within the United Nations, and regional level, within special regional institutions. To make international human rights treaty effective, we must ensure it includes effective control mechanism that provides an efficient protection and promotion of human rights, thus ensure that the system has a positive impact on the enjoyment of the human rights by individuals. The quality of international human rights treaty depends on the quality of its control mechanism and its existence at all. The aim of this thesis is to present the international and regional human rights treaty system and how does it actually work. On the series of predetermined criteria I will try to evaluate the activity and practices of presented human rights treaties. The main part of the thesis represents a description of human rights treaty protection through the analysis of selected international human rights treaties. International human rights treaty protection takes place at the universal level, within the United Nations human rights treaty bodies, and at the regional level. Managerial skills

This thesis of Management skills is divided into the two main parts: the theoretical one and the practical one. In the first part are theoretically defined concepts of management and manager. These are followed by definition of managerial roles and distribution of managers skills into: fundamental, important, hard and soft skills. In the end is possible development of managers skills. Avon Cosmetics Inc. is characterized in second part. Mainly it is analyzing and evaluation by survey of managers skills at 10 zone managers in Artemis division. These data are used for recommendation to improve future of the whole company and management skills of managers.

Religious tourism in European Union focusing on Slovakia

Bachelor thesis presents and generalizes theoretical and practical knowledge of religious tourism. The theoretical part of the work brings knowledge of religious tourism in the European Union and on the position of the religious tourism in tourism in Slovakia. In the next section presents the most important places of pilgrimage of the western, central and eastern Slovakia. The practical part of the thesis presents results of a suvey based on the questionnaire, I examine the awareness, interest and experience to the general public on this issue.
