Integration of Simulator into AAS for Heat Transfer Station
Černocký, Petr ; Arm, Jakub
This work examines the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) in the role of modern management of production units, which is one of the key enablers of the Industry 4.0 phenomenon. The main idea is to connect the simulator with AAS and create a functional architecture that will correspond with the real system. The next step would then be to connect this system with the real one and manage it using this architecture. The open-source program OpenModelica was chosen for the simulation because of its versatile command line use. As an example, a heat transfer system is modeled and simulated. As the results indicate, the OpenModelica simulator takes time to run a simulation that depends on hyperparameters such as samples per interval. Also, submodel for simulation adapter could be templated.
Integration of Simulator in AAS for Heat Transfer Station
Černocký, Petr ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work examines today's modern methods of production management, without which the entire Industry 4.0 phenomenon would not be possible. The main focus of this work is the Asset Administration Shell and the integration of models and simulations into it. Furthermore, research is carried out in the area of modeling and visualization of production and production processes, which is also provided with an example of communication between the visualization software UNITY and the calculation software Matlab. From the analysis, the most suitable software is also selected for the final implementation. Furthermore, there is a proposal for the integration of the simulator into AAS and then its practical implementation. At the same time, the entire designed system with an integrated simulator is evaluated here.
Demonstrative manufacturing system controlled by MES utilizing AAS
Černocký, Petr ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work examines today's modern possibilities for production management. More specifically, we focus on MES and its integration within the concept of industry 4.0 using AAS. Furthermore, a search of available open-source MES systems and their description is performed. After their commissioning, their suitability for further use is discussed. There is also an analysis of tools for creating virtual models. The IMES application, which was subsequently slightly modified, and the RobotStudio virtual model creation tool are then selected from these analyzes. This application and tool are then used to implement virtual line control using a separate MES and to basic control using AAS.
Web user interface for communicating with the wireless sensor nodes
Černocký, Petr ; Mráz, Ľubomír (referee) ; Červenka, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this master's thesis is to design and create web application that allows analysing and monitoring wireless sensor networks. The main function is to load plan of given area and shown position of the sensor network nodes. These nodes allow user to set which measured phenomenon will be display on them. The measured values can be loaded directly from sensor nodes or from database server. Visualized values for user defined time period can be displayed in the implemented graph. The application itself is programmed in JavaFX language and follows the rules of REST architecture. For easier communication with database server application uses the MyBatis framework.
Laboratory exercises using LabView measurement tool
Černocký, Petr ; Šmirg, Ondřej (referee) ; Rampl, Ivan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deal with weight measuring using the deformation elements and LabVIEW measurement tool. The target of thesis is to design and realize two laboratory exercises using Wheatstone bridge for transfer weight to volts. Secondary target is design and construct electronic circuit for processing analog signals, which can be processed in data acquisition device.
