Transformations of Benešov nad Černou. Urbanism, sacred and profane architecture.

This bachelor thesis, called Transformation of Benešov nad Černou. Urbanism, sacred and profane architecture of the city, deals with history of construction and with the history of the town, today a township Benešov nad Černou, from the Middle Ages to the early modern times. The thesis analyses transformations and urban development of a feudal town, especially during the reign of the Rosenbergs, Švamberks and Buquoys. The key buildings, included in this thesis, are the parish church of St Jacob the Greater, the town hall in Benešov and the house n. 125. There is also an attention drawn to the works of sculpture of St. John - Column in Benešov. Fountains and wayside crosses occurring around the village are not forgotten as well.

Psychological aspects of traffic psychology

The paper deals with traffic psychology in more detail. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the personal characteristics of drivers, including the perspective of their personality, temperament, motivation, emotion, ability and differences between men and women. Further, the traffic accidents are described concentrating on tendencies and causes of their occurence. The paperwork includes also a chapter dealing with typology of drivers, focusing on dangerous drivers. The practical part is based on an explarotary investigation, on the basis of which the objectives are evaluated. The survey provides information on the number of people who have encountered an accident and their response to this event. There is also an evaluation of information on how the interviewed people themselves behave while driving a car.

Partnership Infidelity and it´s Psychological Consequensces.

The work deals with partnership infidelity. Theoretical part is mainly concerned with reasons of origin and types of infidelity, it´s psychological impact, typology of representatives of partnership infidelity and man and woman partnership expectations. One chapter deals with DNA test, commonly used in paternity tests. Practical part is based on research, provides the basis for evaluation of proposed objectives. Research offers the informations about people´s attitudes and tolerance to infidelity and rank of values, prefered in their partnership.

Analýza prodejců elektroniky v ČR

Cílem práce je analyzovat nabídku základních služeb několika největších a nejznámějších prodejců elektroniky na českém trhu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku vybraných prodejců elektroniky, u nichž byla analýza služeb prováděna, a na základní legislativní předpisy, které by pro prodejce měly být závazné i z hlediska nabízených služeb, jež byly analyzovány. Praktická část se zabývá samotnou analýzou základních služeb nabízených vybranými prodejci elektroniky, tj. doprava, instalace, ekologická likvidace a záruka nejnižší ceny, a hodnotí kvalitu a dostupnost těchto služeb.
