The bachelor thesis is focused on the specifics of the position of women in leading roles. The main goal is to use real qualitative surveying to determine current approach, opinions and experiences of women with mobility in building a career with success in management positions, and whether their family life negatively affects their career. The first theoretical part is characterized by a woman manager, manager skills, build careers, woman and family. Second, empirical part contains own qualitative investigation, data processing and subsequent discussion of the findings. The used method of collecting data is semi-structured interview.

Zhodnocení využití koní plemene český teplokrevník v soutěžních disciplínách skoky, drezura a všestrannost

This bachelor thesis deals with the usage of the Czech Warmblood horse breed in competitive disciplines of show jumping, dressage and eventing. The thesis comprises of breeding of the Czech Warmblood, its recent and past usage and also contains descriptions of its characteristics, observed properties and breeding goals. Furthermore, the history, rules and judging of particular competitions are also being dealt with. The last chapter discuss the utilization of the Czech Warmblood breed in particular competitions, moreover, significant contests and successful riders and horses representing the Czech Republic abroad are further mentioned as well. Statistics show that the numbers of horses are constantly increasing. In the Czech Republic during the year 1955 there were 2 134 horses competing. Comparing to year 2015, the numbers increased to 5 059 racing horses. The popularity of the Czech Warmblood also grows rapidly as it represented 40.3 % of all breeds that competed in 2015. That is almost a half. In comparison, the Slovakian Warmblood represented 9.1 % and the English Warmblood was represented by 4.8 %. The Czech Warmblood outnumbered the other breeds also in 2008 and 2014. The representation was 40 % in 2008 and 42.5 % in 2014. Czech Warmblood is mostly used in disciplines of show jumping and eventing. In 2008 in the category show jumping, the Czech Warmblood was represented by 56 % of a hundred of horses and the number in the category eventing is 42 % of a hundred of horses. Nevertheless, foreign breeds are growing in popularity as well. Best examples of these horse breeds are the Oldenburg horse, the Hanoverian horse, the Belgian Warmblood, the Irish Hunter or the Holsteiner horse.

Investigation of calibration factor stability for GC-FID analysis of alcoholic products quality by internal standard methods

This thesis focuses on measuring calibration factors and the dependence of their stability on experimental conditions for the purpose of quality control and the safety of alcoholic beverages using gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID). Ten volatile compounds (acetaldehyde, methanol, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, 1-propanol, 1-butanol, 2-butanol, isobutanol, acetal, 3-methyl-1-butanol) were monitored according to the legal regulations of the European Commission. These target compounds were analysed in prepared solutions under 27 different measurement conditions. Taguchi's multifactorial statistical method was used to determine the influence of individual measurement parameters on the stability of calibration factors. The chosen variables for measurements were matrix composition, concentration of volatile compounds, GC injector temperature, sample injection volume, injection split ratio, and detector temperature. Within the experiments, each of these variable factors took one of three possible values. Relative response factors (RRF) for each analysed compound were compared using two internal standard (IS) methods. Creating Logistics Concepts in the Selected Company

This thesis analyzes a logistic concept in the company Autoexpres CZ, s. r. o. It consists from a theoretical part and from an analysis of current situation in the company. In the theoretical part are explained the basic logistic terms. In the analysis of current situation in the company is described a current progress of a contract, an analysis of processes in the company and costs. In the last part of the thesis are final proposals which should help to the better progress of a contract, to save time, costs and to increase satisfaction of a customers and also leadership of the company.

Analysis of Debt Collection Entrepreneur Michal Šidlo

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of debt collection overdue. The theoretical part deals with the creation, dissolution, ensuring of limitation, by way of debt collection - whether out of court or judicial enforcement, execution.There is analyzed the turnover of receivables and receivables from the tax and accounting purposes too. The analytical part of the paper analyzes the current status of receivables entrepreneur Michal Šidlo resides and of the method of enforcing its claims. The last part provides ways to ensure a recovery that business might use to assess their advantages of time and financial considerations and proposals for measures to prevent problematic loans.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of securing and collecting past due claims in the Ziehl – Abegg s.r.o. company. The theoretical part defines receivables, how they are created and secured from the legal, tax, accounting and economic point of view. The analytical part then analyzes past due claims of a designated subject. Based on the gathered information, suggestions on more effective collection of claims are introduced.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of Ziehl-Abegg, s.r.o (Ltd.) The first part looks into the issues of evaluating the company's performance from the theoretical point of view. The analytical part takes a closer look at the company in question using it to carry out a strategic analysis and subsequently a comparison of various indicators is made against the company's competitors. Based on the escertained facts and analysis made, various measures are proposed aimed at improving the company's situation.

Processing of territorial study as a basis for urban plan

The diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of a territorial study and the related issues of territorial planning. The chosen locality for the development of the study is the village of Myslkovice. Through the analysis, several problems were found to be solved. This is a lack of living space, a threat to the popular public space in front of the local castle and noise and dust pollution around the production areas. Each of the locations requires a different solution and all are described in detail in this thesis. In addition to the solution and description of the affected areas, the work also inc-ludes a literature search of the chosen issue and a detailed description of the area. The conclusion of the work is the recommendation of resulting strategies to improve the analyzed problems.

Vliv drenážních systémů na odtokové charakteristiky vybraného povodí

This bachelor thesis deals with drainage, especially drainage by drainage systems and their impact on various aspects of nature. The introductory part explains what drainage systems are, what they are used for and what they look like. Furthermore, the history and occurrence of drainage systems in the world and also in the Czech Republic are described. Subsequently, several chapters are devoted to methods of drainage and then a description of drainage systems. The following are the impacts of drainage systems on the water regime of the river basin and on the environment. After processing and analyzing data on runoff and precipitation conditions to a selected catchment area of the Jenínský stream, their behavior during the hydrological years 1984-1985, 2005-2007 and 2011-2013 was compared. In these years, the runoff coefficient was calculated, and subsequently double sum lines were constructed, which show the purpose of identifying changes in the long-term balance of precipitation and runoff.
