Members of the intervention unit of the Czech police and self-defense

The name Bachelor: Members of the intervention unit of the Czech police and self-defense The objective of work: The aim of this work is to determine the actual state of subsidized hours of self-defense and martial arts at work, find out whether the members themselves consider the number of hours devoted to training and sufficient self-defense as compared with instructors who create clock, determine the number of hours devoted to self-defense and úpolovým members of sports in his spare time and to evaluate the most frequent suggestions to improve the concept of self- defense, both by members and instructors. Evaluate each intervention unit and the final is evaluated as a whole. The results then process and interpret research results. Method: Research of this thesis was carried out with the help of the survey, the research tool is a form of questionnaires. These questionnaires will be part of the thesis. Results: The research of this thesis gave the following results. Members evaluate the time spent in self-defense as an adequate job. Reduction of body weight in Greco-Roman competitors.

Title: Weight reduction of greco-roman wrestlers before championships Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to summarize and compare methods of body weight reduction that are most commonly used by greco-roman wrestlers before championships. It will also analyze how these methods of weight reduction affect performance of the athletes. Method: To gather the information about the usage of particular methods of weight reduction this thesis uses a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was filled by 20 wrestlers of different weight categories in greco-roman wrestling. All of them are professional athletes at the age of 20-35. Results: The results of the research show that reduction of weight of the professional wrestlers is strongly influenced by their individual personality. It is apparent especially in different approaches to weight reduction chosen by single wrestlers. The questionnaire implies that the most commonly used methods of weight reduction before championships are: wearing more layers of clothes in order to increase sweating, diet adjustments and reduction, and usage of pharmacological or nutritional supports. Comparison of the coordination characteristics of the step of walking on the run trainer and on the natural ground

Title: Walking step coordination characteristic comparison for walking on running simulator and off-road walking. Objectives: Goal of the thesis is to measure, analyze and evaluate data of activity and involvement of lower limb muscles for offroad walking and walking on running simulator. The measured characteristic will be intra-individually and extra-individually compared. Method: Surface polyelectromyography method for data measurement and kineziological movement analysis method for values comparison are used in the thesis. Ten muscles of lower limb (2  5 muscles on left and right lower limb) were chosen. Results: Ten lower limb muscles were chosen and their activity for walking on running simulator and offroad walking was measured by surface polyelectromyography method on ten sportsmen. The results indicate that chosen muscles participate on monitored movement. The analysis shows that the muscles activity follows the same order for each of tested sportsmen independently on the external condition (running simulator and offroad walking). The thesis that correlation of measured values is higher for running simulator have been confirmed. Title: Profile of a successful MMA fighter Objectives: The main objective of this dissertation is to put together a profile of a successful MMA fighter of the prestigious organization UFC which brings together the most successful fighters of various styles from all around the world. The next objective was to determine which fighting style in today's prestigious matches is the most appropriate and efficient one to become successful. Methods: It is a theoretical descriptive dissertation. The used method was a research compilation study from several available literary and electronic resources. It presents fight statistics and their evaluation based upon the pragmatic importance. Results: It has been determined that the most successful style of the MMA matches in the UFC organization is wrestler and based upon the available information a profile of a successful MMA fighter has been put together. Testing and development of the condition in Allkampf-jitsu

Title: Effect of training on the development condition in Allkampf-jitsu. Objectives: The main objective is to design and evaluate a training program teaching selected techniques in Allkampf-jitsu, which would have a selected group for a period of time to increase the level of physical fitness. Methods: The experiment was carried out by direct and participant observation of two test groups (each group consisted of approximately 15 subjects studied). It was used method of testing and measurement. In this work it was found using the test method level motor ability and motor skills. To determine the physical fitness tests were used selected from the test battery SPFT (Specific Physical Fitness Test). Results: The aim of this work was to design and evaluate a training program for advanced in Allkampf-jitsu, which should at selected experimental group for a period of time to increase physical fitness. The level of physical fitness is verified using the test battery SPFT. For statistically significant (significant) result was considered such a result, when the p value was less than 0.05 (5% probability). Title: Coach's educational approach to young athletes in judo Objective: The purpose of this thesis is to find out the approach, as well as the attitude of coaches working with young athletes in terms of motivation and education. Methods: Questionnaire survey, qualitative research Results: The results show that there exist different levels of coaches' educational approaches. In terms of motivation and training planning and preparation, the data are not that positive as most of the coaches adopt the authoritative approach, which decreases internal motivation and self-esteem. The absence of written plans frequently leads to improvisation and one-sided training. In terms of personal development and family relationships, the findings are positive. Title: The difference in planning a training session in selected categories of judo Goal: The main objective is the comparison and analysis of the results from the questionnaire survey given by trainers in different approaches when planning and creating an annual training plan. This is followed by drawing up training units in each period in different ages. Methods: We are using a questionnaire survey, qualitative research, analysis of the specialized literature in the field of general sports training. The respondents of questionnaires are younger pupils to adolescents. Results: The findings of this study have shown us, the importance of preparing the annual training plan, as well as written preparation in form of individual notes. Title: The most commonly used techniques in wrestling Objectives: The main task of the thesis is to discover what the most commonly used techniques in greco-roman and freestyle wrestling are. It further focuses on description of these techniques as well as on defence of them and on their training. Finally this thesis confronts the theoretical description of the techniques with the manner they are actually being used in competitons. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is based on analysis and synthesis of technical literature. The practical part uses especially the outcomes of observation and comparison of the results. Results: The results of this thesis show, that the most commonly used techniques in selected competition in both styles was a body roller. Title: History and develompment of Tae Kwon Do. Objectives: This work investigated the origins and develompment of Tae Kwon Do. The federations are International Taekwon-do Federation and World Taekwondo Federation. Methods: For preparation of this work I have used as a method of gathering knowledge about these two federations of Czech and foreign literature. Results: It was found that original Tae Kwon Do was founded in 1955 in Korea. The International Taekwon-do Federation (ITF) was established in 1966 and in 1973 was established the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). In this work it was found that apart form the name and the country are two different martial arts. ITF is a tradition martial art of self-defense, founded by General Choi Hong Hi. Title: The most common types of injuries in judo Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the most common injuries that occur during training and judo competitions. Identify treatment options, prevention and identify most common causes of injury. Methods: The chosen method was theoretical and empirical, ie collecting data and information from other publications and conduct its own research. Selecting what is relevant for judo injuries and comparsion whith author's experience and research. Results: It was found that the most common type of injury in judo is bleeding, which is among the least serious. The most common type of injury that is concluded as very serious, ie interrupted carrer for at least 6 months, is rupture the front cruciate ligaments in the knee.
