Impact of migration on the selected socio-economic indicators
Vrána, Martin ; Macháček, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Langhamrová, Jitka (referee)
This thesis deals with the topic of migration. In the theoretical level the work defines the term migration, further it discusses its reasons, forms, types and consequences. In the practical level the work examines the impact of migration on the socio-economic indicators. It is focused to characteristics of the migration impacts on social and economic indicators of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to assess the situation, which could arise in the future as a direct consequence of migration. The work further also brings information about the current situation and migration development in the Czech Republic, it also informs what kind of migration policy was chosen by the Czech Government and discusses the topic of national minorities living in our country. Selected goal of the work is processed in a third part, which discuss economic, social and demographic aspect of migration.
Residual Stresses Assessment in Coated Materials: Complementarity between Neutron and X-Ray Techniques
Rogante, M. ; Mikula, Pavol ; Vrána, Miroslav
The residual stress (RS) status induced in the substrate of coated materials by the coating process plays frequently a major role in lending the component’s characteristics. RS assessment can give, thus, a substantial contribution in justifying different cases of failure or else bad performance of coated components due to e.g. the coating delamination or to other occurrences which are not simply interpretable via the conventional mechanical tests or microstructure analyses. The adoption of both neutron diffraction (ND) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques has revealed its usefulness in assessing the RS values in proximity of the coating interface area, respectively, without any layer removal or hole drilling at the extreme surface.
Advertising targeted at children
Hašová, Tereza ; Skokanová, Dagmar (advisor) ; Vrána, Maxim (referee)
Bachelor's Thesis "Advertising targeted at children" aimed at children discusses the theroretical definition of advertising aimed at children. Marketing communication and advertising in particular are a frequent topic in the world around us and children are an interesting target group. The work focuses on the legislation on advertising directed at children in the Czech Republic and also the possible negative moral effects on specific group. Comprehensively summarizes the findings and theoretical concepts. It provides practical information gauner conducted research tool -- a questionnaire and commented ilustrative examples, and it seeks to Orfee possible solutions to limit the potential impact of targeting at children.

Elastically bent perfect crystal of Si was successfully tested as neutron monochromator in the geometrical conditions for monochromatic focusing. Monochromatic focusing then permits measurements on single crystals as well as polycrystalline samples in the so called parallel and antiparallel settings with the equivalent resolution.
Neutron bragg diffraction optics in NPI Řež
Mikula, Pavol ; Vrána, Miroslav
We introduce some new practical performances of NBDO elements which could be effectively employed on the scattering devices at the steady state sources or for time and spatial focusing on the TOF instruments.
MONETARY STRATEGY EVOLUTION OF ČNB FROM 1993
Vrána, Martin ; Zeman, Karel (advisor) ; Štěpánek, Pavel (referee)
The given topic I have chosen is for the reason the CNB form its' existence in 1993 has gone through a lot of changes and as the central bank of the Republic, has with its' monetary policies strongly influenced the economy of our country. In the theoretical part of my bachelor's work I have described the common characteristics of the central bank, the reasons and the functions. I have characterized the implementations, functions and the objectives of the central bank. In the next step I will introduce the functions and the influence of central banking and will compare the opinions of various economic schools on the standing of the bank in the economy. Following this I will describe the historical evolution of the central bank and the overall banking systems of our country. The analytical section will be dedicated to the classification and analysis of the monetary strategy of the CNB from its' beginning up to the present day with particular emphasis the individual periods which have recorded the greatest changes in central banking. The largest part of this section is dedicated to in depth explanation o the monetary policies of the CNB. This is followed by my description of the monetary policy after entering the European Union and how it is related to the case of admittance to the European Monetary Union. Primary objectives of this bachelor work is the analysis of the evolution and interpretation of the most considerable changes in central banking and especially monetary policy of Czech National Bank from beginning of her existence.
