Speech signal transmission over unreliable networks
Rozman, Jiří ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Polívka, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with analysis of internet telephony. It is fosuced on analysis of VoIP over metalic and wireless network using virtual telephonic switch-board with hardware and software phones and also alternative programs to transmit voice such as Skype and Windows Messenger. It also deals with simulating parameters that influance voice transmission like jitter, latency packet loss. WANem system was used for this simulation. In the end it is focused on the problem of providing flawless voice communication over internet, specially providing Quality of Service.
Embedded QR code generator with a graphic OLED display
Lakomý, Tomáš ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Hanák, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with coding information and QR codes generating. There is described operation principle of QR codes for this purpose, and design of the equipment. This device is able to encode the information received through the serial port and display it in the QR code on the OLED display. Microprocessor is part of the device, so there is outlined the procedure for programming and testing equipment.
Software Controller for OpenWrt Based Wi-Fi Access Points
Jašíček, Petr ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Ilgner, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to create a web application used for centralized management and configuration of wireless networks on access points running on OpenWrt distribution. The reader is acquainted with common principles of wireless networks including description of existing solutions for their centralized management. After that the thesis introduces the reader to OpenWrt distribution and to a method of its configuration using UCI model. The reader is then introduced to the main technologies used in this thesis. Author further describes architecture, user interface and implementation of the web application. The created web application is platform agnostic and provides easy way to manage and configure access points with OpenWrt distribution.
Smart Home System
Hájek, Jaroslav ; Lattenberg, Ivo (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This work deals with connecting remote devices measure data of various types from physical quantities such as a temperature, a humidity to data displaying CPU or memory usage of the system to the user. The system uses Blockly to controlling logic and dependencies between devices. In the work is used lots of technologies for examples: MQTT, Websockets, GSM, Lightweight Mesh and others. The system is based on microservice which named is Flask. Flask service is an application interface for HTTP services of Python programming language. This can provide measured data by graphs and predefined components for viewing data. For controlling system was used single-board computer Raspberry Pi with a multitouch 7-inch display.
IEEE 802.15.4 standard and its practical realization
Kolařík, Jan ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Koutný, Martin (advisor)
The bachalor thesis deals with IEEE 802.15.4 standard, ZigBee wireless communication technology and describes its practical implementation. The main part of this work is the creation of two laboratory tasks using the development kit from Jennic and the ZENA network analyzer. In the laboratory assignments, students become familiar with the properties and structure of the ZigBee standard, as is the range of equipment, interference caused other technologies, and passing data frames and learn how to create simple applications for ZigBee module. Finally, laboratory assignments are measured and in each chapter provides descriptions and results of these tasks.
Comparison of technologies for vehicle passage detection
Mareková, Martina ; Frolka, Jakub (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
System for vehicle detection and speed measurement system is an important part in traffic control as well as in providing data for intelligent and automated traffic signs. These technologies are divided into two types: intrusive and non-intrusive methods. Traditional traffic control is based on inductive loops. This method is intrusive and therefore requires intervention under the road and higher maintenance requirements. We can avoid this problem with non-intrusive methods, including video analysis, microwave radars, geomagnetic radars, weighing sensors and laser sensors, but these are more expensive alternatives. By implementing radars we performed measurements on road sections, on the basis of which the output data from microwave, weigh-in-motion sensors and induction loops were displayed. We receive processed and unprocessed output data of measurements from each sensors. For processing of those data is created software solution for graph rendering and direct measurement of the sensor accuracy in comparison with competing technology. The results of the measurements showed that the efficiency of the individually implemented sensors is sufficient for use in traffic control. As well we can consider the implementation of microwave radars and cameras for video analysis as a replacement for the conventional method of induction loops.
The system for multimedia data managing and their distribution
Paulech, Michal ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Koutný, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is about description and design of system for media files management and their distribution. System allows users to upload media files in different formats. Media files are distributed to devices on which they are played. The system creates an overview of the playback based on records that the device sent to the system. The thesis describes the technology used to create the system. Furthermore, the work is a description of the structure of the system, its functions and a description of system implementation.
Multipurpose information system based on PHP framework
Kašparec, Michal ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Koutný, Martin (advisor)
This project compare several well-known PHP frameworks and their main characteristics. Creating the content management system with using sophisticated administration interface and access rights. Realization module for ordering and managing smart card for public transport company. Using modern payment methods using 3D secure. Dynamically change the price lists, zones and types of cards. It is created checking neighbor zones that can not be chosen meaningless combinations zones.
Implementation of Smart Factory
Marek, Pavel ; Krajsa, Ondřej (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the study of concept of Internet of Things, concept of Industry 4.0 and on current conditions in smart factories. Based on these studies there was designed and implemented hardware and software adjustment for industrial machines and connection of these industrial machines to communication network. There was designed and programmed the application in the C# language. This application provides a data collection from industrial machines, provides various services for machines and humans and this application is processing and viewing necessary data. For these purposes the application is using a database system based on the SQLite. These tasks of designing and implementation are summarized to system, which is determined for smart factory implementation. This implementation is created according to Industry 4.0 concept.
Home weather station based on Raspberry Pi
Špringer, Radek ; Červenka, Vladimír (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and build a home weather station using the platform \raspi{}. The weather station is divided into computing and sensor part. The sensor part of the weather station is implemented through a wireless module, which measures the temperature, pressure, brightness and moisture. The measured values are sent to the weather station computer, where they are processed by \raspi{}. The processed values are then stored in a MySQL database on an external web server. On the web server, the user is shown the actually measured values, graphical waveforms of meteorological data with the option to display the course during the selected day of a year.
