The aim of the diploma thesis is to prepare the construction called the District Police Department of the Czech Republic in Brno, Bohunice. The diploma thesis contains a technical report on the construction technology project, which deals with architectural and construction design solutions, coordination situation and transport routes, where critical points are assessed time and financial plan of construction, where all construction objects are described with their time and financial schedule, a study of the implementation of the main construction stages, which addresses the various stages of construction. The diploma thesis contains a technical report, item budget, plan for the establishment and liquidation of buildings and drawings of construction site equipment for each stage, design of the main construction machinery for the construction. A detailed time plan of the main building, a plan of its supply of materials for the rough construction was prepared for the given construction. Furthermore, the work contains a technological regulation for a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase, which is related to the control and test plan for a reinforced concrete monolithic staircase. The next assignment deals with the item budget of the main building for the rough construction, the drawing of the formwork for the reinforced concrete monolithic staircase and the economic assessment and evaluation of construction cranes.

The aim of master thesis is to design of time, financial, material and human resources. The thesis contains calculation, time schedule, building-site, technologicals standards, controls and trials plans, design of mechanism, study of realization of the main stages. The thesis is prepared on the basis of project documents provided by the investor with the approval of the design office.

This diploma thesis contents study of realization of main technological process of the hall, financial and time plan of building, project of construction site installation, budget of the construction, time planning of works, inspection and test plan, the project of safety and protection of health at work, technological regulation of building metal bearing structure.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with deep foundation biotechnological pavilion M Mendel university Brno. This new building will have 2 floors underterrain and 2 aboveterrain. Object M consists of 2 independent construction parts connected by the hall. Bachelor´s thesis deals with: deep foundation based on large diameter concrete piles, drilling, soil compacting and little excavation works, concrete foundation slab. The bachelor´s thesis also deals with construction zone equipment, time schedule, site plan – building situation with wide transport relations, itemized budget, machinery for foundation construction, schedule of exams and controls of deep foundation and at least safety and health protection at work.

The Multifunctional Center of the Village Sušice, Gross Upper Structure

This bachelor thesis is focused on the construction technology project of the gross upper superstructure of an apartment building in the village Šumice. It is a three-storey brick building with monolithic ceiling structures. The building is roofed with a shed roof with wooden construction. The thesis contains a technical report, broader transport routes, bill of quantities, technological procedures of construction, construction schedule technical report of construction site equipment, design of machine assembly, control and test plan, safety of work, and and comparinson of different materials of the cladding.
