Internet based control of laboratory models
Dobrovolný, Petr ; Smrčka, František (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This award solves design of two models that are designed to teach on PLC and in the future on the Control Web. Both models should be used in LabLink system, which allows you to remotely working on laboratory tasks. The first software model simulates the movement of trains on rail in relation on control from the PLC. The second model is a physical model of drill. In both models are solid managing and type of construction, which allows operation without physical intervention.
Input module of electronic speedmeter RE 1xx
Feilhauer, Petr ; Sirka, Martin (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This master’s thesis contains a basic description of the function and wiring of Electronic tachograph RE1xx from company UniControls - Tramex. The main objectives of this thesis are design and implementation of a functional module, combining the four frequency inputs, two analog inputs and eight digital inputs. The proposed module must be fully compatible with current system of Electronic tachograph and must be according by the basic technical-law standards, which refer of this branch for application this device. Based on the analysis of methods of processing various signals are proposed several concepts of the input module. Individual concepts are described with advantages and disadvantages. On the design concept of this module, followed by a description of the speed sensor, is placed on the redress of vehicle. Design of circumferential involvement of the chosen conception is detailed described and divided into several parts (controlling part, frequency inputs, analog inputs, binary inputs). In this module is accent on increased reliability and interoperability, which is achieved by using for example: power monitor, external watchdog, etc. For realization prototype is a part of thesis design of the PCB. Thesis includes theoretical calculations, which is needed for the design of software. On a functional input module is developed and debugged operating firmware, which is based on single-fiber design of the program. To measure the actual speed are debugged two algorithms - method of periodic sampling and the method of external interrupt. The following is a description of the measurement and processing of analog and digital signals (used algorithms suppress oscilation of input signals). The result of this master’s thesis is functional Module of frequency, analog and digital inputs, which measures vehicle speed, distance covered, direction of movement, two analog signals and evaluates states of the binary signal. Preprocessed data are sent to a Module of central processor through serial communications RS485.
Visualisation of alarms via OPC AE in the control system SIMOTION
Hrnčíř, Tomáš ; Hajátko, Pavel (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
In the Diploma Work is described the Simotion commanding system which has been produced by Siemens. Conception of the system and its features are explained. Further, the work deals with the data and alarm transfer among separate systems, an item which has been dealt with by the help of OPC (OLE for Process Control). Its update and specification have been covered with OPC Foundation organization. The alarm report visualization out of the Simotion system to WinnCC environment (which is not a client of OPC Alarms & Events server) is introduced here .
GPS Navigation system for cement technology
Mináč, Ján ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This diploma work deals with proposal and implementation GPS navigation system. Work includes described basic types of cement quarry and proposal to create mathematical and software model of quarry. Then work is devoted to possibilities of basic described algorithms for searching the shortest way in graph and two algorithms are described. They are Floyd-Warshall and Dikjstra algorithms. The work describe implementation of Dijkstra algorithm to model of quarry and description of the programs Autec RouteEditor and AQL Control Library. MINÁČ, J. GPS navifgation system for cement for cement technology. Brno: Brno university of technology, Faculty of electrical engineering and communication, 2009. 90 p. Supervisor prof. Ing. František Zezulka, CSc.
Control of concrete mixcure technology
Kurimai, Igor ; Mádl,, Pavel (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
Thesis presents control of concrete mixcure technology Prefa Brno – production plant Strážnice. It deals with areas of process control system using the control system Siemens S7 – 300. The first part of thesis describes concrete mixcure technology and control system SIMATIC S7 – 300. Algorithms, used for control of concrete mixcure technology, are designed in the next part of thesis. Further it is discussed control program and connection to the system SCADA. Time frame of process is described in the finally. There are defined critical processes, which can occur in the control. In the next the thesis deals with hardware performance for different types of concrete mixcure technology. The results of introduction control system into industrial process are analysed at the end.
Control of casting line
Surovec, Tomáš ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The thesis especially deals with creating a program for PLC to control a casting line. There is described configuration and the parameters setting of the PLC Simatic S7-300 from Siemens. The control application is created in the software tool STEP 7. Production, properties and parameters of plynosilicate are described in this work. Control of the casting line, the PLC program, the used sensors, the optimization of production per hour and mixing of cold and hot water is also described here.
Control of manufacturing line
Stříž, Martin ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The main task of this project was to design a program for control system of dry concrete product handling line. This manufacturing line is controlled by a programmable logical controller Simatic S7 300 produced by Siemens company. A graphical touch panel TP 177A and a control desk with buttons are used as human machine interface. The developed program contains functions for control conveyors, manipulator and cleaning station. Management of formulations stored in PLC by operator is also included in program. The theoretical part deals with dimensioning of drives for two mechanical systems of this manufacturing line. Choice of power output of the electric motors depends on required torque. A fundamental principles and rules of five basic programming languages for PLC in accordance with standard IEC 61131-3 are specified here. The practical part describes project creation in Step 7 software and functions and capabilities of projected system by means of user manual.
Laboratory railway model control
Šimík, Vladislav ; Chovanec, Jan (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This work deals with possibilities of operating signals under the power supply voltage and using of this technology in guidance of a model of railway. Firstly there is an analysis of analogous and digital guidance of the model of railway. There is also a description of theory of three kinds of used modulations such as ASK, FSK and OFDM modulation. There are described only principles of those modulations because the problematic of the modulation is going to be solved by integrated circuit. The next part of this work is going to deal with a market research and with description integrated circuits, which ensure the modulation of operating signals of power supply voltage. There is also going to be noticed a description of others circuits that are needed for the correct function of the whole furnishing. Then I will continue with a project of scheme and single PCB for a guidance of the model of the railway. The last part of this work is concerned with activation and a proof of those proposed linkage.
Communication SW ARION
Kaczmarczyk, Václav ; Kašík, Petr (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is creating diagnostic software for analyse communication via protocol ARION. That software would record and store communication data which can be analyzed late and also allows direct communication analysis in real time. Except that there will be visualization functions, for effective representation of data (stored or real-time recorded). This software can be used either by net developers or by end-users like easy visualization software. Next point is describing communication protocol ARION and create developer’s handbook. The practical part of this thesis consists of two points. The first one is developing simple device which allows communicating via protocol ARION. In second communication firmware for that device is written and tested.
