Subject of a master thesis is to design hotel and work up project documentation in specified range for construction. Hotel is located in wider city center of Ostrava. Specifically in city district Moravská Ostrava, on flat terrain. Object is designed as detached building, with four above ground floors and one underground floor. Above ground floors, which partially recede against underground part, contains restaurant for 120 guests, conference rooms for 40 listeners, main entrance hall and facilities for employees in first floor. From second to fourth floor are rooms for hotel guest with total capacity of 72 beds. Underground part, construct as partially underground floor, contains technical facilities of the building and collective parking garage for 27 automobiles. In the southeast part of the property is located outdoor parking space for 23 cars. The main entrance to the building is from local communication by sidewalk. In front of the main entrance is located leveling staircase with leveling platform for disabled. Load bearing system of the building consist from reinforced concrete raft foundation, reinforced concrete outer walls and frame system of underground floor, above ground floors load bearing system consist from reinforced concrete frame system and cast in place reinforced concrete floor system. All of it is covered with built up flat roofs without ventilation. Heated part of building is insulated with external thermal insulation composite system.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a development of part of the project documentation for the construction of a hotel. The designed building is located on the outskirts of the village of Rajnochovice in the Zlín region. A total of 18 rooms are designed in the hotel of which 2 rooms are adapted for people with disabilities. The total accommodation capacity is 44 people. The hotel also has a restaurant with terrace that is accessible for disabled people. There is a small wellness area with a capacity of 24 people in a part of the underground floor. There are collective garages which are designed mainly for the accommodated guests in the second half of the underground floor. The structural system of the hotel is longitudinal. Perimeter walls in the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks and the walls are made of concrete formwork blocks in the underground floor. Ceiling structures are designed as prestressed concrete panels and roof consists of a flat green roof. The entire building is thermally insulated. Main entrance to the building is oriented to the east side. There is a parking lot for other hotel visitors on the property.

The bachelor's thesis with the topic of an apartment building in Dvůr Králové nad Labem prepares project documentation at the level for the construction. The building is located uptown of Dvůr Králové nad Labem. The part of the land is slighly sloped. The main purpose was to create initial, but comfortable living for couples and families. It is a newly built for-storey apartment building, which is partially basement. The apartment building has a total of 10 residential units, healthcare establishment, which has its own separate entrance of the south side apartment building, cellars, garage parking for six cars and technical structure of an apartment building. Given the current requirement of the respondent, apartments are designed on the firts floor 1.NP 2×2+KK, on the second floor 2.NP 2×2+KK and 2×3+KK and on the third floor 3.NP we find apartments 2×2+1 and 2×1+KK. It is a rugged house with the main entrance for the part of living from the north side. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat roof.

The subject of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of an apartment building for construction stage. The proposed building, intended for collective housing, has 5 aboveground and one underground, partially basement floor, sunk into the sloping terrain of the plot. The building has 10 residential units and house accessories in the form of wellness facility. The building includes a a covered garage and outdoor parking spaces. On the first floor is the main entrance to the building, which is connected to the stairwell. From the stairwell you enter the individual apartments on 5 floors, wellness and technical facilities in the basement and covered garages. The apartments are designed for family living. The apartments have their own terraces from the 3rd floor. The dominant features of the building are protruding bay windows, that face south. The load-bearing structure consists of an prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, the ceiling structure in connection with prefabrication are made of pressed Spiroll panels. Foundation structures in the form of footing pockets connect prefabricated pockets and monolithic pockets,that are interconnected by sills. The infill masonry consists of thermal insulation blocks made of aerated concrete and acoustic sand-lime blocks. The building is then insulated with aerated concrete insulation. The last receding floor consists of a load-bearing structure made of aerated concrete and ceiling covered with monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Roof structures are designed as flat roofs with subsequent protective layers in the form of vegetation layers or aggregates.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is documentation for the construction of the new apartment building in Janová. It is a four-storey basement building with an elevator. There are eighteen residential units in the apartment building. Some of them have access to a balcony or loggia. Each apartment has its own parking space directly in the building or in front of the building. The most part of basement is made up of a collective garage with seven parking spaces and one parking space for people with impaired ability to orientate and move. There is also a parking space for bicycles, a room with cellars, a technical room, an air conditioning engine room, a room for electricity meters, a carriage house and a cleaning room. The upper floors are made up of individual housing units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk and 4+kk. The new apartment building is based on concrete strip footings and foundation pads. The vertical load-bearing structures of the underground part of the building are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall. In the above-ground part of the building is designed structural longitudinal and transversal masonry system made of bricks by Porotherm. The floor structures in the whole building consists of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the building is a warm flat green roof. The ventilated facade of the building is made of bond S-Z type facade panels.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project of a detached, five-storey apartment building situated on us. May 3, in the very center of Otrokovice. The building has one underground floor with collective garages and technical facilities and four above-ground floors, where 21 residential units are designed. Shops with facilities are designed on the 1st floor. The assortment for these stores is not precisely specified. There is also a cleaning room and a shared carriage house with a bicycle shed. The apartment building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with load-bearing columns and horizontal structures. The substructure is designed on piles, footings and foundation strips made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structure of the underground floor is a combination of a reinforced concrete inner skeleton with columns standing on the base and reinforced concrete perimeter load-bearing walls with a thickness of 300 mm. The perimeter walls on the upper floors are lined with Porotherm 30 Profi bricks on a system thin-layer mortar. The perimeter walls are insulated - a contact thermal insulation system with a thermal insulation layer of th. 120 mm. On the perimeter walls there is a reinforcing beam, stiffener. The internal staircases are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The translations will be porothermic or reinforced. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 250 mm, with girders with a cross section of 650x400 650x300 or 650x500 mm. Balcony boards are lined over ISO beams. The staircase is a reinforced concrete monolithic. Windows and exterior doors will be plastic. The roof is flat with polystyrene insulation and fatrafol roofing. The heat source for heating and hot water is an exchanger connected to the primary circuit of the Hradec Králové hot water pipeline. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the implementation of a new apartment building with multifunction, ie the building SO-01 Bytový dům. It is a newly built apartment building in the cadastral area of Řečkovice [611646], on plot number 49. The building is designed as a detached house with 6 floors (1 underground, 5 above ground) and is designed for living. The building has a total of 14 residential units. On the 1st floor there are rooms for 3 establishments (establishment No. 1 for catering, establishments No. 2 and No. 3 have no specified use). In the 1st floor there are 13 parking spaces for owners / tenants of housing units and in front of the building there are parking spaces for owners / tenants of housing units and for visitors to establishments. The building is designed with a flat single-skin roof, the facade is insulated with the ETICS system of mineral wool boards with a white finish. The building is designed according to the applicable requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. The requirements were achieved mainly by the parameters of the building envelope and the efficiency of the heat source.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for the realization of an apartment building. It consists of 5 floors and one underground floor partially dipped into the slightly sloping terrain. There are parking slots also provided for house residents on the underground floor. Parking is solved using mechanical parking system. A total of 22 residential units are located on the upper floors. The wall-based construction system is used in a projected building. It is a combination of monolithic walls and masonry made of sand-lime bricks. The perimeter walls are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The warm flat roof construction solution was used for this building.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of wellness pension. This building is designed in a medium sloping terrain on the edge part of the Rajhrad city. The building has 3 floors and garage in the basement. Object is divided into 2 parts, the first part consists a restaurant and 2 floors for temporary accommodation in 14 rooms for 45 customers. The second part consists wellness for accommodated and also for other outside customers. The roof is designed single skin with vegetation area (extensive). The project includes a solution of paved areas and access to the underground garage, fencing, water connection, sewage connection, rainwater conection including a retention tank and overflow into the rainwater sewerage. The construction system of the building is based on reinforced concrete footings connected to foundation strips in the places of the cladding, follow up reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structures, including hidden girders and stairs, are made of monolithic, reinforced concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from POROTHERM ceramic blocks. The vertical structures of the basement are designed from lost formwork. The building's ventilation system is divided into four parts, the first part is for wellness, the second part is for restaurant and pension, third part is for kitchen, last part is for fire protected escape route.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new library and the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. The library is located on the outskirts of the village Jiříkovice on a flat plot. The building is designed as a detached building with an underground floor and two above-ground floors. The individual floors are connected by staircases and a lift. The above-ground part of the building contains library, office part and café. The underground part of the building contains archive, stores and technical facilities. The structural system of a building is designed from cast-in-place concrete frame with filling from ceramic blocks. Horizontal structural system is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete point-supported slabs. Part of facade is from wood and part is with contact thermal insulation system with mineral wool insulation. Roof construction is designed as flat green roof.
