Flight Standards - Part ORA - training organisation requirements

The main goal of this work is to evaluate new legislation PART - ORA and its requirements relating to training organizations . In the first chapter the reader is briefly familiar with the legislation in civil aviation . Specifically JAR - FCL , which addresses this issue and PART - FCL , which it replaced. The second chapter evaluated differences in the licenses that have been issued in accordance with JAR - FCL and the licenses that are currently in accordance with NK no. 1178 /2011. The third part is about actual prescription PART - ORA . There is decribed resumé of the legislation and structure and also it talk about the differences in the requirements in JAR - FCL and PART - ORA , about transmission of training facilities and about approval process, which is an integral part. The last chapter contains a description of the safety management system and its application for organizations , which is a new and very important part of the functioning of the Authority in accordance with Part - ORA.

The use of fixed-base simulators in pilot training

Jiří Chlebek, Ph.D. This diploma thesis deals with aircraft simulators and syntethic training devices which are used for pilot training. One of the chapters consist of division of syntethic training devices, which is defined by ordinance. In the next chapter there is general description of the basic function of those devices, history of simulators and their development from the very beggining to the present. A significant part of this diploma thesis is about flight simulator Jeppesen Flite Pro, which is at Institute of Aerospace at VUT. In the following chapters there is information about usage of this simulator in the education at this institute and there are picked specific subjects, where this simulator can be used.

The concept of training for a qualification CPL - H (Marketing Study)

This master´s thesis deals with flight training to obtain the qualification CPL(H). In the introduction part of this thesis are specified the requirements for obtaining this qualification and there is a description of the type of modular flight training. Other chapters are focused on the type rating for helicopters, the use of helicopter simulators and the choice of an appropriate flight training school. There is also a list of helicopter flight schools, including an overview of helicopters which are used in the Czech Republic. The final chapter is consisted of the financial analysis of the flight modular training at flight schools and evaluation of this analysis, the possibility of providing loans and credits. There is an overview of the total costs for the qualification of the commercial helicopter pilot.

Flight Standards - Part ORA- training organisation requirements

The main goal of the submitted thesis is evaluation of the Part-ORA regulations and requirements which are puts on the training organisations. In the first part, the discussion about the organisation responsible for issuing of the Part-ORA regulations is made. There are described particular parts of the regulation. The second part deals with problems which are connected with acceptation of regulations requirements. There is a description of the most significant differences between the JAR-FCL regulations and Part-ORA regulations. Next part describes the scope of the requirements in particular. In the third part there is made a guidance material to creation safety management system of the organisation.
