The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for the constrution building of apartment building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of obec Valeč, number of builing plot is 487/2, 487/3. Building plot is located in the new built-up area. Terain is sloping. In the apartment building there are 4 above-ground floor and 1 belowground floor. In the below-groun floor there are situated garrage standing, storage spaces and technical spaces. In the above-ground floor there are situated flats. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall be composed of vertically performe block Vapis. Object have a external contact thermal insulation Etics, fasade is made of mineral fiber – insulated of stone. Floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab and one way reinforced slab. Staircase are designet as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction too. Roofing of objekt is composed of double skinned roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.
Family house

My bachelor’s thesis project deals with a two-storey detached house with a vegetation roof. The house is designed as a new building with a basement stretching beneath a part of the ground floor. The house is intended for a family of four or five members and it is designed as eco-friendly. As regards its classification according toits energy envelope’sparameters, it falls into category B – very energy-efficient. The ground floor has rooms intended foreveryday life of a family, the first floor (i. e. 2nd above-ground floor) is designed as a rest zone and finally, the basement houses the technical rooms.Vertical structures used for the construction of the basement should be made of lost formwork blocks while the remaining vertical structures are designed to be made using the VAPIS lime-sand masonry system. The exterior building shell is to be insulated with the UDIRECO wood-fibre boards. Horizontal structures are to be made of the POROTHERM system. The staircase is planned to be made of reinforced concrete. The house is to be covered with an extensive green roof. The adjoining garage should have a semi-intensive vegetation rooftop terrace, accessible from the hall on the 1stfloor (i. e. 2nd above-ground floor).
Apartment Building in Poděbrady

This bachelor thesis deals with a draft of an apartment building in Poděbrady. A corner building site that is about 1 km north of the city centre was chosen for the apartment building. It is a four-storey building with a basement, it has an irregular shape, where some walls are not rectangular, and it is covered with a green roof. There are 16 apartments of various sizes on the above floors, and a utility room and a cellar can be found in the basement of the house. Considering the shape and layout solutions, the vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made of reinforced concrete. The perimeter walls are compositely insulated with basalt wool and plastered with a scratched façade plaster of creamy and grey-brown colour. Internal non-load-bearing walls are made up according to the Ytong system. The window openings are filled with wood-aluminium windows and the entrance doors are made of aluminium. The building is based on a reinforced concrete baseplate. The apartment building is designed with respect to the surrounding area. The bachelor thesis also includes assessments in terms of fire risk, energy saving and heat protection, acoustics and vibrations, lighting and sunlight.
Apartment house Polička

The bachelor thesis “Apartment house Polička” is focused on the creation of project documentation for a block of flats, which has three floors, a partial basement and a flat roof and is built in mildly steep ground. From the constructional point of view it is a simple building which does not disrupt built-up area in Bezručova locality and is in compliance with local planning of the town Polička and its valid housebuilding regulations. In the building there are 12 flats. The area of basement will be used for technical devices and 12 cellar cells will be at the disposal of the flat owners. The building is masonry and thermally insulated by facade boards.
Sports centre Hodonín

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of new low-energy detached house with garage, two-floor house without cellar. The building is covered with flat green roof. The structural system is composed of timber I-joists Steico. Detached house consists of one housing unit of category 5+1.

Bachelors thesis is focused on complex passive house design in first steps of project documentations. Thesis contains studies, analyzes, calculations and project documentations for building permit, including financial comparisons. The text part defines the design of energy efficient detached house with modern technology that outline a possible future home environment and financial standard. In attachment part are studies, urbanistic analysis, energy protocols and calculations.
Apartment house Havlíčkův Brod

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new apartment house in Havlíčkův Brod Rozkošská street on plot no. 659/41,659/72 and 659/73. The land is sloping and its area in 2 424 square meters. The building has three overground floors and one underground floor. Vertical constructions are designed from the concrete blocks in the underground floor and Porotherm system in the overground floors. The vertical peripheral structures are provided with an insulation system with ventilated space. The horizontal bearing structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed single-layer flat. There are eight housing unit in the apartment building. In the basement there are storage spaces, boiler room and garages. The drawings were processed in a computer program ArchiCAD 18.
Family house with an establishment

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the construction of a building with a design office in the cadastral area of Mikulovice near Pardubice. It is a two-storey, partly basement detached house, which with its layout corresponds to the conditions of the building operation. The family house is designed for a four-member family. On the first underground floor there is a toilet + bathroom with a technical room and a gym. On the ground floor there is a project office that is designed for the owner of the house, a kitchen, a living room, a guest room with its own dressing room, a workshop connected with a garage. On the second floor there is a residential part, consisting of 3 rooms and a studio. The construction system of the building is designed from the POROTHERM system with an ISOVER GREYWALL external contact insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm. The vertical supporting perimeter structures of the 1st floor, the 1st NP and the 2nd NP will be wired from the POROTHERM 30 P + D. The internal bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P + D and the POROTHERM 19 AKU and POROTHERM 11,5 PROFI are used for non-load-bearing masonry. The external plaster is a water-repellent CEMIX FLEXI thin-film plaster grooved with a grain size of 2 mm in light gray. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Hranice 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey ane white; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring and laminate floor. The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is new building with operation and it contains complete documentation for the execution of the project. The house is situate in the district of Ružomberok in the town Liptovská Lúžna. A building is designed as a brick building. Vertical and horizontal construction are designed from constructional system Ytong. Family house are covered with gable roof. The process layout allows a comfortable living for a family with 5-7 members.
