This work discribes organizational structure in a company. It also studies its advantages and uncovers its drawbacks which can lead to an ineffective human recources use. The purpose of this work is to provide such organizational plan, which enables optimal solution for the problem of cooperation and communication between employees and also provides information to the managers aswell as to the regular employees. This proposal also contributes to good relations at the workplace and to better working process and faster progress in problem solving.

It includes proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should resoult in the improvement of cooperation and cost reduction of the company in future years. Main objektive is more effective organization of manpower.
