Reconstruction of the Building for Storage

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is to design the extension of the steel structure of the storage hall. The task is to double the platform area from 18 x 18 m up to 36x18 m with the height of 7,5 m. It is required to use as much of existing profiles as possible. The structure is located in Znojmo. The original roof structure is made of truss girders with the segmently curved lower girdle. The span of main frame is 18 m and the axial distance of main frames is 6 m. All girders are pinned. In extended structure is used the plate girder. Spatial rigidity of the structure is made by wall and roof bracing. The static calculation of main load-bearing elements including joints and specific details was made for the structure. The technical report and drawings were specified by the supervisor. For design of the structure were used valid standards ČSN EN.
Steel structure of multi-functional hall

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is to design steel structure multi – purpose hall in the town Studénka. The plan dimensions of the structure are rectangural 35 x 50 m. The height of the structure is 12 m. Hala is designed from steel frames of rolled sections. Hall has a gable roof. The hall is designed as a two – aisle. The span of the main aisle is 26 m and the side aisle serving as a background, is designed with the span of 9 m. Computational model design and proposal dimensions of the main building blocks was created in program Scia Engineer 2013. All the structure is made of steel of quality S355.
Steel Structure of Factory

The thesis deals with a design of the steel structure of the factory hall situated near the city of Brno. The hall has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 42 x 18m and the saddle roof at the angle of 5% and the roof top 8m above the ground. The transverse bond consists of a truss girder with a span of 18m placed on the columns by joints. The columns are fixed in the transverse direction. The purlin is 6m long and it is placed on the truss by joints. The curtain wall is made of sandwich panels and the roof is composed of layers of a trapezoidal steel plate, isolation and roofing foil.
Steel Structure of Footbal Grandstand

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to design and check the football grandstand roof construction with ground plan dimensions of 30 x 105 m and a height of 20.5 m. Climatic loading is determinated for the location of the construction site - Ostrava. The resulting structural system was chosen spatially co-composed of trusses, purlins trusses, transverse and longitudinal stiffeners, columns and struts. The shape of the roof, which commemorates the air wing, is creating difficult conditions for wrapping air currents. Parts of the work are: technical report, structural analysis of the main structural elements and selected connections and drawings. The computational model for determination of internal forces is implemented in Scia Engineer. The review is created manually according to valid European standards.
Steel Structure of Observation Tower

The bachelor thesis concerns with the design and static analysis of the lookout steel construction, which has the height of 25 m and is situated in the Žabčice location. The technical report and drawings are included in the thesis as well. The aim of the thesis was to determine the lookout total load (including permanent, live and climate loads), its implementation in the computer software SCIA Engineer 2012.0 and to perform the stress analysis of selected rods, joints and anchorages by means of the manual calculation. The author of the thesis focused on the climatic load due to wind and ice accretion, which was determined with the use of two approaches according to standards ČSN EN 1991-1-4, ČSN EN 1993-3-1 a ČSN ISO 12494. Both the approaches were evaluated and for the less favorable one the static analysis was carried out.

Bonded Warehouse in Uherský Brod

The subject of my bachelor’s thesis was to design and assess a steel structure warehouse in Uherský Brod. It is a single hall with a gabled roof with a ground plan dimensions of 30 x 42 m and a height of 8 m. The slope of the roof plane is 7.595 °. The main load-bearing structural system consists of eight cross-frame links. The hall is claded by sandwich insulation panels Kingspan. The whole steel structure is made of steel S 235.
Steel Structure of Sports Hall

The goal of this work is to design a steel structure of a sports hall, which will be used for roofing of three tennis courts. The main structure of roofing is made of lattice trusses, which are parabolic curved so they make cylindrical surface. Building height is 12 meters because of requirements on this object. The ground plan size of the hall is 40 x 60 metres. The structure is designed to satisfy not only the functionality, but as well aesthetic and economic requirements.
Sports Building in Olomouc

Work deals with design of the steel structure of the sports hall in the Brno region . The hall has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 42 x 24 m and a height 11 m. transverse bond makes a cylindrical truss with a span of 24 m placed on columns height of 8 m. Purlins with span of 6 m are placed on the trusses. Roofing and curtain wall is made of sandwich panels.
