Inclined belt conveyor for foundry sand

The principle of this work is to carry out an engineering design and calculation of belt conveyer, strenght calculation of driving drum shaft, specification of main parameters and engineering design of driving mechanism. The belt conveyer will be intended for transporting foundry sand of capacity 90 tons/hour.

The goal of my bachelor work themed Belt conveyor was to design a functional konception inclined belt conveyor to transport a broken concrete to distance 22 meters and supereleavation 5 meteres. The work contains a brief description of basic components of conveyors, calculating part led by norm ČSN ISO 5048 with demermination of main proportion, design of conveyor drive, supervisory part. In my work i focused mainly on solution of hopper and solidity calculation of idler wheel. The work includes project documentation.
Belt conveyor

There is designed in this bachelor thesis the construction of the belt conveyor for transport of the building crushed material. The functional calculation is performed according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048. The bachelor thesis includes the description of individual parts of the belt conveyor. These parts are chosen from the catalogues of companies that are manufacturing them. Next there is designed the conveyor traction. The analysis of possible solutions of the hopper and the strenght calculation of the idler drum are performed.

Spring hanger design of Steam Reformer furnace. Subject of this project is movement compensation by proper restrein, originate from tube heat dilatation in Steam Reformer furnace. Foreshadou are varionu system solutions of these problems, whereas one of them is elaborate in construcion calculations and drawings, witch are below in text and appendix.
Worm conveyor of fine aggregate

The main aim of the thesis was to design a horizontal worm-conveyor for the transport of fine aggregate of maximum aggregate gradation of 45 mm, both in terms of construction and strength. The design section of the thesis deals with the problem of an appropriate conveyor driving gear and skidding clutch between the gear and the transport unit according to the amount of transported aggregate. In the computation section, strength check of the drive system is addressed, namely the shaft check, its coupling with the other parts, and the bearing housing. In the last section, the structural design is addressed with respect to safety of operation and ease of maintenance.
Worm conveyor of ciment

This work contains a proposal for construction and workings of a worm conveyor system that can transport 50 tons cement per an hour. The introduction describes my proposal and workings of this machinery. In the calculation, I have mentioned calculation of the main proportions and drive under the relevant norms and self-fortress control of the stressed parts of screw-conveyor. Drawing documentation is worked into the ACad program and contains the configurations of the proposed details sub-assembly storage, worm shaft and welding body formation.
Travelling Crab

This work dissert about proposal and calculation hoisting device travelling crab, intended for tonnage 50 000 kg. For this tonnage there're performed pertinent strenght calculations, concerning journal of pullies, side plate, crossbeam and crane hook. Part of work is proposal desirable electric motor, gear - box, brakes, jaw clutch and bearings. In work are also descriptions of hoisting apparatus and descriptions of construction parts of sheave block. Defined are also main dimensions ancillary components for desired hoisting. Work is finished with complete drawing documentation of sheave block travelling crab.
Horizontal worm conveyor

The content of this bachelor’s work is the construction of the horizontal worm conveyor for the transport of the calcareous hydrate, for the transport in the distance of 15 metres. There is a funkcional calculation of the conveyor in the work, assessment of he main dimension and also the design of the drive. There is also perform calculation of the solidity of the shift of the conveyor. All desiderative documentation of the drawings is in the annexes, with the describe main parts and elements of the conveyor.
